in 2022, out of desire to create community in the wellness space outside of studio classes, bringing like minded women together around movement AND connection — I started hosting pop up classes in a local bar. I had no idea if anyone would even come - but I firmly believe we’re not alone in our longings. create the space and the people will come. time and time again that has proven so true.

with every class I lead I want each person to leave better than they entered. I hope they feel seen, strong, proud, and a part of something. I hope they leave feeling more connected to friends they came with, or new ones they met in the four walls we’ve gathered in.

1. I’m a chronic night owl (working on it 😅)
2. I eat breakfast every single day, never miss.
3. I love hosting events — AND still get imposter syndrome every time. (Both can be true.)
4. I love a clean environment, but am not a neat girl. (need a full time professional organizer to follow me around like a shadow)
5. I actively resist perfection… but need structure to function. systems > rigid rules
6. I cannot rely on motivation — if I did I would never achieve anything, fr.
7. Decision fatigue is my enemy. less choices = more sanity.
8. I like to be spontaneous, but actually prefer a plan/expectation.
9. I’m confident showing up… and still question myself after. Growth isn’t quiet.
10. My family are my number 1 priority, and I still struggle with guilting myself when I prioritize anything else.

18+ months of pregnancy, 3+ years breastfeeding, those were the priorities at those times. now it’s back to me, feeling good in my body, being strong enough to carry two crazy kids around, being confident and hot for myself + ofc my husband — no time to be a victim in this daily whirlwind of a life 🫶✨

ok rapid fire what do we have in common? promise to dive deeeeper soon below the surface but for the sake of a quick re-intro:

-Pilates girl x 22 years (yes really!!)
-mom of 2 littles , planning to homeschool for 47376 reasons
-grew up east coast, God wink led me to CO no doubt
-love a routine, but get a dopamine DUMP from spontaneity
-always been healthy-ish, but never felt better since 2019 IYKYK
-I’m a serious girls-girl and have no tolerance for talking down, we left that hurt-girl version of me in HS
-always wanted to empower and lead women, and found that opportunity unexpectedly and never looked back
-never been one to idolize celebrities but I do love them for Pinterest outfit inspo
-turning 32 soon (LEO) and feeling like I’ve been coming into myself again after my having babies season and it feels gooood
