Black women are the most educated demographic in the country and the fastest growing group of founders, and 80% of Black-owned businesses still won’t survive past 18 months.

The number 1️⃣ reason is access to capital. The money isn’t reaching us at the same rate, and that gap is what ends most of these businesses before they ever get a real chance.

We built The Well Work to help close that gap, with a funding database holding hundreds of billions in grants, VC, accelerators, and CDFIs, a lot of it set aside specifically for founders who’ve been left out of the conversation.Happy Juneteenth! 🖤❤️💚
