SO, WHY ARE WE CALLED THE WES YOU MAY ASK? | A nod to filmmaker Wes Anderson, whose love of colour, symmetry and curious little details inspired our quirky space in the heart of Cape Town. Think of it as our own scene on Shortmarket Street, with French bistro favourites and you in a leading role. No audition required. Just a reservation. Or be wild and simply pop by for Bubbly & Frites at the bar. 🏆 BEST BISTRO IN CAPE TOWN + WINELANDS | LUXE PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS '26 📸 @futurehouseproductions #TheWes #WesAnderson #FrenchBistro #ShortmarketStreet #LoveCapeTown #ManleyCommunicationsAtelier by @thewesbistro
