I couldn’t decide wich version to share so you get them all. 🪽 May I present, my latest piece, “Keeper”. This piece displays devotion and love. An angel holds a heart in a glass, cathedral-styled atrium. It speaks to the idea that when you gift your heart to the right hands, or place it where it belongs, it is protected and cared for. In my mind, it looks and feels like this.

I tried to capture the comfort and devotion of someone’s angel keeping their heart. That angel can be from above, someone here with you.

When you give an angel your heart, it keeps it in the most beautiful place for admiration and protection. The wing caressing the atrium and the angel’s face resting on it shows that a heart is worth holding.

When working on this, I listened to the same song on repeat, “As I Dream” by Johannes Bornlöf. Truly a favorite of mine.

Send this to your angel, or if you just love the whimsy, please let me know. 🤍 by @thewestkeep
