We've got the Ohio City Food Truck Festival, Zeds Dead at Jacobs Pavilion, Pilates x Plants, Christmas Ale in July, Kevin Nealon, Vintage Marketplace, and dozens of other events are happening around Cleveland's Westside.

Sprouts Farmers Market could be coming to the Westside!

At this week's Avon Planning Commission reps requested approval to build a 23,000 sq. ft. store on the NW corner of Jaycox and Chester. (h/t @jshortavon)

If you haven't been to a Sprouts: it's smaller than the big box stores, heavy on the better-for-you stuff like gluten free, vegan, bulk bins, and home of the viral $5 sandwiches the size of your head.

It would be one of the first Sprouts in Ohio, landing in one of the fastest-growing corners of Avon.

Need to feed a group? the family pack meals are known for being the real deal.

20 years out of playing golf in college, and I'm still out here taking it a bit too seriously.

So naturally, right as I'm prepping for tournament season, my shoulder said "nope". Rather than playing through pain like I normally do... I made a smart decision.

I called up Kyle at Bridge Rehab and Performance

He ran a bunch of tests and basically went "yup, here's your problem"... turns out I was missing strength and mobility in a few spots. And that fancy new swing move I'd been so proud of? Making it worse. Great!

So we did the works: dry needling to wake up the biceps tendon, a little muscle scraping (sounds worse than it is), and four exercises to patch the weak spots. Who knew strength, mobility, and soft tissue all work together.

Ten days of actually doing the homework and boom! Back to practicing, zero pain.

We walked past Larder this week and did a double take. The pickup trucks were gone, jersey barriers were up, and for the first time ever, part of West 29th in Hingetown is officially car-free!!!

That was just one thing we covered in Tuesday's Buzz.

We also talked about Rocky River and Bay Village landing in Cleveland Magazine's Top 5 suburbs, the historic Berea Depot getting a second life as a European restaurant, and the return of Avon Lake's legendary Paper Chase scavenger hunt after 42 years of confusing family members and testing friendships.

And of course, we introduced you to Gandalf from the Cleveland APL, who looks like he'd rather be left alone but is apparently a very good boy.

3️⃣ @rockyriverbrewco — mon-fri 3-6PM. $4 beers, wines and wells. rebuilt after the fire and the patio is one of the best in cleveland.
4️⃣ @salmondaves — every day 3-6PM. $6 cocktails might be the best happy hour value in the city. bar only, don't sleep on the crispy sticky wings.

We rounded up free and donation-based yoga and Pilates classes happening across Cleveland this summer.

Lakewood Park. Edgewater Beach. Downtown on the waterfront. Turns out there are a lot of ways to get a workout in without paying for a membership.

We spent 13 years driving past one of the Westside's best hidden gems, turns out everyone else already knew about it. In Tuesday's buzz, we covered our far-too delayed trip to Earth Bistro, the new 2016 Finals tribute court, and RRBC reopening after nearly a year of rebuilding.
