It’s getting spicy 🌶️

This isn’t just another chili cook-off. And while the Ballpark is under construction we’re taking it to the streets.

You can find more details on our website.

Get your tickets now.

Cheers 🍻

Burger Week, baby.

Okay, but THIS fried pickle @nonlaburger was pretty good👌🏻

Here’s how it works:

This year’s lineup includes spots like

@nonlaburger
@alebirdbrew
@bluewatermi
@burgertheorysl
@bostwicklakeinn
@logansalleygr
@minesgolf

…and many more.

Most featured burgers are just $7–10 for the week.

🚨If you check in at five or more locations and you’ll be entered into the grand prize drawing.

Cheers 🍔

Proof that community still shows up. 🤍

More than 65 neighbors, business owners, and community leaders came together at @fansofvalleyfield to connect, catch up, and keep building @thewestsidegr we all love.

We heard stories from the past, shared updates for the future, enjoyed some legendary Stockbridge Dogs from @lewandoskismarket and spent the evening doing what the West Side does best, showing up for one another.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening happen, especially @stevetibbe for bringing it all together, Mandy Samuels for the perfect picnic setup, Mike Sak, Matt Witkos, Jan Beerthuis, Jessica Smith, and everyone who joined us.

This community is built by people who care, and it shows.

We’ll see you at the next one.

🚨Construction Update: the concessions building will be all restrooms and everything will be handicap accessible.

This is actually huge for us and we are super excited about it.

But that’s not all. We’ve got more news to share…

…so stay tuned ;)

Talk about GR summer bucket list. THIS is a must do.

Thank you @great_lakes_pub_cruiser for taking us on a tour through @thewestsidegr

It was a blast is an understatement and the route was absolutely perfect.

If you’re looking for a fun way to experience the city this summer, THIS is it.

One of my favorite things about Grand Rapids is discovering and supporting local spots.

First stop:
📍 @newhollandbrew

The perfect way to kick things off. The elote dip and pinwheels were my absolute favs.

Second stop:
📍 @theholidaybar.gr

Drinks, karaoke, dancing... A true West Side staple.

The route was great, the vibes were even better, and it’s definitely something I’d recommend adding to your summer plans.

Safe to say @grcreatorcollective will be back.

Cheers 🥂

THIS is the place to get great pizza at!
But there’s more to it…

Most people know Fratelli’s as the late night grab and go pizza place but Fratelli’s Italian Kitchen has been around since 2019 and is much more than that.
Their pasta menu is actually AMAZING! And everything is authentic Italian cuisine.

So next time you’re thinking of going out for Italian, try it. You won’t be disappointed.
Buon appetito!

I can’t believe they match ALL box store prices 👀

Okay, THIS is where I’m gonna get ALL future appliances and who knew Michigan makes mattresses.

The WestSide is the best side 👌🏻

Thank you @nawarabroshomestore for showing me around.

So cool.

THIS is THE new outdoor concert venue in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Omg, I still can’t believe I got to see this last night, including the backstage area 🤩

The new @acrisureamphitheater located on the riverfront is designed to host major touring acts and local talent with seating for over 12,000 people, including fixed seats and lawn space.

A perfect fit for couples, solo dates and families.

But that’s not all.

It’s a state-of-the-art facility that aims to boost the local economy and cultural scene, featuring a park-like setting with riverfront access, dining, and nearby amenities, and is part of a larger revitalization project for the area.

Honestly, I’m blown away how all of this turned out and I can’t wait to watch ALL the shows.

What shows are you most excited about?
