Most agents believe success means more closings and more hours worked. That’s incomplete. The truth is you were never taught anything beyond transactions. Your experience can become authority, and authority can create income beyond commissions. Ignore this and you stay tied to market swings, long hours, and the pressure of the next closing. Leadership starts when you shift from chasing deals to shaping perspective. You teach what you know. You show what works. You build trust at scale. You’ve seen it. Posting daily strategy for agents ready to evolve. Turning years of closings into brand authority. Moving from 75 homes a year and $750K to over $2M with $1.25M residual. Earning anywhere, even when not working. ⸻ Leadership creates leverage. Leverage becomes product. Product creates freedom beyond transactions. This is Agent Infopreneurship. 👇 Comment AGENT to attend my next free Agent Infopreneur Masterclass by @thewgr

Horrible at attracting real estate agents? Here’s my secret sauce 🥫 Comment the word “INFO” to get access to my 7 figure agent attraction training 👇🏼👇🏼 by @thewgr
Being available for everything doesn’t make you a top-producing agent. It makes you a busy one. Too many agents confuse activity with productivity. They attend every closing, show up to every final walkthrough, answer calls after 5 p.m., and post another closing table photo. Meanwhile, the activities that actually grow their business get pushed aside. Here’s what matters. Role-play your scripts for 30 minutes every day so you’re prepared for your next listing appointment. Make 30 contacts daily. I’ve done it for 21 years. If you’re a new agent without clients, knock doors and do what it takes to find your next opportunity. Use social media to tell stories and build a personal brand, not just announce another sale. And protect your evenings. Your family shouldn’t get whatever time is left after your business takes everything. Leadership isn’t doing every task yourself. It’s knowing which activities deserve your time and building your business around them. ⸻ Leadership creates leverage. A repeatable prospecting routine, listing script, and personal branding process become skills other agents can learn. Package those systems into training or digital products, and your expertise can earn income beyond transactions. That’s Agent Infopreneurship: selling what you already know online, becoming known for a specific skill, and building toward multiple seven figures without constant grind. 👇 If you’re an agent making more than $150k GCI, comment the word “INFO” to get my free agent infopreneur masterclass 👇🏻👇🏻 by @thewgr

STOP SAYING THESE 6 THINGS AT LISTING APPOINTMENTS. Some agents lose the listing before they ever ask for the signature. Not because their commission is too high. Not because their marketing plan is weak. Because the way they communicate makes the seller question their expertise. Here’s what I’d stop saying immediately. ❌ “Your house needs a lot of work.” ✅ “Let’s find the right buyer at the right price to buy your house.” ❌ “I’ll get you more than the other agent will.” ✅ “My job is to find that one buyer on planet Earth that will pay more money than anyone else.” ❌ “What do you want to list your house for?” ✅ “I recommend you list your house between 4.749 and 4.999. Where do you want to start?” ❌ “Zillow is wrong.” ✅ “Let’s take a look at the comparables and show them the exact homes in their neighborhood.” ❌ “Let’s just see what happens.” ✅ “Here’s the exact strategy to get your home on the market to sell.” ❌ “I’ll send you the paperwork to sign.” ✅ “Let’s authorize the paperwork now and put me to work.” NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE? You’re replacing uncertainty with direction. You’re demonstrating expertise instead of making promises. And you’re giving sellers a reason to trust you with one of their biggest financial decisions. But here’s what most producing agents overlook… THE SCRIPTS YOU’VE SPENT YEARS PERFECTING ARE WORTH MONEY TO OTHER AGENTS. Your listing presentation. Your pricing conversations. Your objection handlers. Your closing language. Package those systems into playbooks, courses, workshops, or coaching programs and sell them to other real estate agents. That’s Agent Infopreneurship. Getting paid for what you know, not just what you close. If you’re a real estate agent making over $20K per month, you’ve already built expertise other agents want to learn. Stop risking your safety for an open house. @shannon_gillette was hosting one when two men walked inside. They weren’t there to buy the property. One of them had a knife tucked into his waistband... and she was nearly stabbed. Agents have been followed, robbed, assaulted and attacked while sitting alone in empty homes waiting for unverified strangers to walk through the door. And for what? Less than 2% of homes sell as a direct result of an open house. When Shannon was asked whether agents should carry a gun for protection, her answer exposed how ridiculous the entire situation is... “You don’t want to shoot someone inside the house you’re trying to sell.” It’s funny... but the problem is serious. A sign-in sheet will not protect you. A directional sign will not verify someone’s identity. And putting yourself in danger is not a marketing strategy. There are safer and more effective ways to market a property, qualify potential buyers and sell a home. Stop confusing unnecessary risk with exceptional service. No listing is worth your life. STOP EDUCATING PEOPLE ON INSTAGRAM. Most real estate agents are creating content completely backwards. They post market updates. Listing tours. Home-buying tips. Long videos explaining interest rates. Then they wonder why their content gets 300 views and produces zero revenue. Here’s the problem… You’re trying to educate people before you’ve earned their attention. Nobody opens Instagram hoping to attend your free real estate seminar. They open Instagram to be entertained. There are two rules I follow: 1. SHORT-FORM CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT. Your Reels and carousels should stop people from scrolling. Use psychological triggers. Challenge what agents believe. Create controversy. Tell relatable stories. Make people curious enough to want more. 2. LONG-FORM CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATION. Once you’ve earned their attention, move them to a YouTube video, webinar or masterclass where you can actually teach your framework. The formula is simple: Hook. Problem. New perspective. Call to action. Short form creates attention. Long form builds authority. Your offer creates revenue. If you’re already a successful agent, you’ve spent years developing scripts, systems, lead-generation strategies and negotiation frameworks. That knowledge is intellectual property. Build an audience of real estate agents who want to learn from you. Then package your expertise into courses, coaching, communities and digital products. That’s Agent Infopreneurship. Stop creating content just to collect views. Create content that moves the right person from attention… to trust… to an offer. Get paid for what you know… not only for what you close. “Sold as-is” doesn’t stop a buyer from renegotiating your deal. And too many agents think those three words are enough to protect their sellers. Here’s what actually happens. You get the home under contract. The buyer orders an inspection and receives an 87-point report. Suddenly, their agent sends over 37 repair requests. Now you’re negotiating a deal you thought was already negotiated. The problem isn’t the inspection. It’s the lack of preparation before listing. Here’s how I handled it. I’d bring in an HVAC contractor, roofer, and plumber. We’d check for mold and other issues, then address necessary repairs before going live. Buyers received the inspection information and disclosures before writing their offers. Then we’d negotiate nonrefundable earnest money where permitted by the contract and applicable law. The goal was simple: fewer surprises, stronger offers, and less risk of starting negotiations all over again. That’s leadership. Anticipating problems before they become your seller’s problems. ⸻ Leadership creates leverage. A repeatable pre-listing inspection and negotiation process becomes a skill other agents want to learn. Package that expertise into training or digital products, and you can earn income beyond your own transactions. That’s Agent Infopreneurship: becoming known for a specific skill, selling your expertise online, and building toward multiple seven figures without constant grind. 👇 If you’re an agent making more than $150k GCI, comment the word “INFO” to get my free agent infopreneur masterclass 👇🏻👇🏻 by @thewgr
STOP ASKING SELLERS IF THEY ALREADY HAVE AN AGENT. You’re giving them the easiest excuse to end the conversation before you’ve even demonstrated your value. Think about it. You call a potential seller. You ask, “Are you already working with an agent?” They say yes. You hang up. And just like that, you’ve eliminated yourself from an opportunity without knowing whether they’ve actually had a listing appointment. HERE’S WHAT YOU SHOULD ASK INSTEAD. “Has someone already sat down with you to share what it takes to sell a home in today’s market?” That’s a completely different conversation. Now you’re talking about strategy, not competition. If they haven’t had that conversation, offer a 15 to 30 minute Zoom to walk through what successful sellers are doing to maximize their net proceeds. No desperate pitch. No begging for an appointment. Just demonstrate your expertise and give them a reason to keep talking. And here’s the bigger opportunity most agents miss… THE SYSTEMS YOU USE TO WIN LISTINGS CAN BECOME PRODUCTS OTHER AGENTS PAY FOR. Your prospecting scripts. Your objection handlers. Your appointment setting process. Your listing presentation framework. Package that expertise into playbooks, courses, workshops, or coaching and sell it to other real estate agents. That’s what I call Agent Infopreneurship. Getting paid for what you know, not just what you close. If you’re a real estate agent making over $20K per month, you’ve already built valuable experience. If you’re still showing houses every Sunday instead of spending time with your own kids, you don’t have a work ethic problem. You have a business model problem. Most agents entered real estate because they wanted more freedom, more control and more time with their families. Then the business took over. Sundays became showing days. Weekends became open houses. Constant availability became their entire value proposition. One busy weekend at a time, the business they built to create freedom became the reason they were never home. Stop measuring your value by your availability. Your clients need results… not unlimited access to you. Hire a showing assistant. Delegate open houses. Build systems that don’t require your physical presence for every appointment. Then turn your experience, scripts, systems and expertise into income that isn’t dependent on another transaction. That’s Agent Infopreneurship. Build a personal brand. Grow an audience. Package what you know into valuable offers. Create renewable, recurring and residual income. The goal isn’t to work harder for your family. It’s to build a business that allows you to be with them. Comment AGENT and I’ll send you my free Agent Infopreneur Masterclass. by @thewgr
