We made it out of the group chat, sis. 💬💗

When I launched the @thewholewmn January, the vision was clear: a virtual space that truly feels like sisterhood. Not just another membership—real healing, real conversations, real connection.

Our first meetup at Comfy Convos? Top. Tier. The laughs, the bonding, the breakthrough it was everything we prayed for and more.

✨ Bi Monthly masterclasses w/ Dr. Jasmine or with guest experts

Girls Just Want to Be Whole was the beginning.
It was fun. Light. Beautiful.
But then God began whispering… there’s more.
What started as a simple connection became true transformation.

What began as “let’s just gather” became “let’s go deeper.”
God revealed this wasn’t just a group of women meeting up.
This was a ministry.

This is impact.

This was calling wrapped in community.

This was God allowing me to see the visible proof of what one yes could create.

So, the name had to evolve to reflect the new season we’re stepping into:

one intentional step at a time.

You can want community and still feel unsure about starting a conversation. 💜

If you’re usually the quiet one in the room, start small. Say hello to one person. Ask what brought her there. Give yourself time to listen and share a little about yourself.

You don’t have to meet everyone or leave with a new best friend. One conversation can be enough for today. Familiarity and friendship take time to grow.

There’s room for you to connect at your own pace.

For community and conversations like these, join The Whole WMN Membership for $45/month through the link in our bio, or comment “WHOLE” and we’ll send you the link.

When everything feels equally important, it’s hard to know where to start. Even a manageable list can feel heavy when every item is asking for your attention right now.

Pause and ask yourself: What actually needs me today? What can wait? What might not need to be on my list at all?

You don’t have to give everything the same amount of time just because it’s on your mind.

Save this for the next time your schedule feels louder than your priorities. by @thewholewmn

Sometimes self-care is going to bed with things still on your list.

Sometimes it’s ordering dinner, silencing your phone, or spending an evening laughing with people you love. It doesn’t have to look impressive to count.

Which one do you need to give yourself permission to do this week?

October inside The Whole WMN™ is about knowing what to release and what to strengthen. 🌱

We’re calling this month Prune & Stake. Through our audio trainings, journal, community gathering, and prayer call, we’ll make space to reflect and grow together.

Swipe to see what’s coming this month. There’s room for you here, too.

We’re entering the last quarter of the year. 🤎

Before you start thinking about everything you still want to accomplish, take a moment to recognize how far you’ve already come.

What are you most proud of yourself for this year?

Maybe it’s something big. Maybe it’s something no one else even knows about.

Either way, it counts.

Tell us in the comments. What are you celebrating about yourself as we enter this final quarter?

#TheWholeWMN #womensupportingwomen #SelfReflection #PersonalGrowth #celebrateyourself by @thewholewmn

For the woman who knows exactly what everybody else needs but hasn’t asked herself what she needs in a while..

This is for you. 🤎

You don’t have to reach complete exhaustion before you’re allowed to rest.

You don’t have to prove that you’ve done enough.

You don’t have to wait until everyone around you is okay before checking in with yourself.

You are part of the people you are responsible for caring for.

Please don’t keep leaving yourself off the list.

P.S. Want something practical to help you make room for yourself too? Explore The Whole WMN digital shop for resources from $7.99-$12.99.
