Last night’s class at @thesanctuaryyoga was the final one subbing the Monday evening Yin Yoga and Sound class.

The moments that matter the most are when I see you listening to your body, I come over to check in, and you glance up and smiling because you trust yourself to do what you need. The moments that matter the most to me are when we lock eyes at the end and you share something with me. Thank you to the seven who came to our heart centered class last night and trusted me to share your voice with one another. You witnessed the beginning of our expansion.💗

Hi, my name is Sophia!👋🏼 I’m reintroducing myself for anyone new to this space!

I think there’s many paths to spirituality and internal peace, and you alone get to craft what that experience includes.

I’ve always believed in God and in the last five years I’ve become more and more connected to The Universe as well. I believe in many forms of spirituality and you’ll see that in how open I am to the practices I share. There’s so much love there!🌅🗣️🫶🏼

I began teaching yoga asana classes in April 2023 and got very very involved with coaching new teachers. But a whisper in my mind (my intuition) told me in August 2024 to weave in sound and get certified.

✨I had no idea that this singular experience would connect me back to a huge piece of myself.✨

Awhile back, my piano professor in 2019 already knew what my future was going to be. She knew I was leaving my Music Education program, stopping my formal training as a singer and a pianist. She said to me at my last lesson with a smile:

“I just see you, leading groups of people in music, but not in the traditional way.”

This has always stuck with me and it’s only now, that I’ve started to understand what she meant.

I created The Wisdom Path following the completion of my Sound Meditation Practioner Certification. It’s been nearly two years since graduating that program in October 2024. What a journey it has been sharing the power of sound with more and more people. This is your community. You’ve inspired me, you’ve made changes happen within our company that you may not know. I say it everytime. I’m a better guide each day because of your voice. Welcome, new and existing friends of this space.💗

Restorative (Yin Yoga) and Sound Meditation🧘🏽‍♀️♥️

✨Subbing on Monday 8/31 as well 7:30pm-8:30pm at @thesanctuaryyoga in Tustin, CA✨

Last night we focused on movement that supports the heart.🌔💗

Next week, on Monday 8/31, it will be the same focus, but weaving in two Sutras (threads) to anchor our practice about how to take care of our heart. Similar practices from last night with some changes to close out our final evening together.

Thank you to those from my own community for adding to our group of seven last night. I love meeting new people and also find so much joy in seeing my community wherever I go. Special thank you to my friend @santosha.ceramics for helping me set up before and after class!☺️

The Wisdom Path in Bali, Indonesia 💗

As a practitioner, I am always deeply grateful for anyone who shares reflections personally with me after a Sound Meditation. This work is very personal. This is why I always say do not compare your experience to the person sitting next to you. Your shares inspire me. Your shares make me a better practitioner. Sharing sound is vibrational and it continues to be one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. So thank you.✨

I guided 3 different sessions last week and each definitely holds a special place in my heart. Some of you felt comfortable enough to share your experience with me after and even into the evening. It truly warms my heart and I feel connects us even more. I lead people through Sound Meditation for each of you to return to yourselves a little more each time. I hope you keep sound as a part of your life. Some of you had never experienced Sound Meditation and somewhere in it all I got to have conversations with you beyond your practice.

Thank you again, for allowing me to be a part of your experience in Bali.🩵🇮🇩
