CEOs getting their *(ludicrously capacious)* bag aren’t holding the whole business in their heads. They’ve built something that holds it for them (and they look fabulous doing it)

What that looks like:

☕ Processes documented, so nothing lives only in your brain.

☕ Tasks clearly defined, so handing them off doesn’t take longer than doing them yourself

☕ Support you actually trust (and let them do their thing)

And the bag? It’s more than revenue. It’s getting your evenings back. Taking a real day off without checking Slack from the grocery store line. Having room for the parts of your business you actually love.

That’s what systems give you. Not more rules, just more room.

If you’ve been meaning to get it all out of your head and into something that works, that’s exactly what The Caffeinator is for. It’s our in-person day VIP intensive where we sit down together and strategize what you truly need for your business and build your next steps around how *you* work with clarity and momentum to be the CEO you want to be.

Tag the CEO in your life who is ready to strut into their CEO role.

Ever sat down with someone and just felt like you could finally be honest about where your business actually stands? That was my Caffeinator day with Jamie and Tia of The Wonder Brew recently☕

We talked through my marketing packages, and it was time well spent — I felt an instant connection with them and could really be open about my struggles and my aspirations for my business. They have a real gift for taking that bird’s-eye view, stepping back to see the whole picture and honing in on exactly what processes could be simplified or improved.

The next day, they followed up with recommendations and next steps so I could get started right away.

If you’re feeling stuck in your business, I highly recommend booking a Caffeinator session with them.

It’s @jimmychewthepom approved! 😂

Already looking forward to my next one 🙌

NOW BOOKING FOR SEPTEMBER!

Another happy Caffeinator client! @catryce.sutson is our OG Caffeinator client! Fun fact: she actually came up with the name for this offer!

We have been doing monthly Caffeinators for her since the beginning of the year and the growth we have seen in that time has been so exciting. Every month is a little different… sometimes we’re doing a ClickUp overhaul, sometimes we’re helping with a new offer launch, and other times we are just there to be a sounding board and strategize for her business in general. No matter what we end up working on we all feel the same by the end of the day, energized and ready to take on whatever comes next.

Also if you don’t already follow @catryce.sutson what are you doing? Haha

Book your spot for September at the link in our bio to get yourself ready for the madness that will be Q4.

This time last week we were spending the day with the lovely @itscarolynbunn for a Caffeinator.

Sometimes our clients come into these days not fully knowing what to expect… but maybe you can just show me how to use Notion?

This was one of those times that it ended up not being about the program or the software that was needed, but about the business and the process that informs that software.

We got to the root of some mindset blocks she was having with pricing her services, helped her gain clarity on how she wants to package her services going forward, and created a true PLAN for what to do next.

Supporting women like Carolyn in this way is honestly our favorite thing to do!

We have one more spot open for the summer on August 19th! Head to the link in our bio to snatch it up.

5 years ago we had no idea what we were doing. Honestly? We still don’t always know! We just know a lot more about what works for *us* now. So for the anniversary, we wanted to skip the highlight reel and give you the real download. (And a peak at our amazing 5 year anniversary party!)

1. There are no rules. There’s no perfect time. You decide both.

We spent way too long looking for a rulebook that doesn’t exist and waiting for a “ready” that never shows up. The truth is freeing once you actually sit with it: nobody’s coming to hand you permission. You’re already allowed to make the move.

2. Your business system shouldn’t be your nervous system.

If every decision sends you into fight-or-flight, that’s not ambition, that’s a system problem. The work is building systems that can actually hold you: the time, the audits, the unglamorous maintenance most people skip. Skip that work and your nervous system becomes the system that’s running the show, absorbing every decision, picking up the slack. Scared is allowed. Spiraling isn’t the cost of entry.

3. Invest smart. Invest scared. Invest always.

Every move that’s grown us still felt uncomfortable right before we made it. We used to think that meant it was the wrong call. Now we know it usually means it’s the right one. The discomfort was never the red flag hesitating was, because we can confidently say every investment has taught us something and moved the needle forward.

4. Celebrate every win.

The new client. The system that finally clicked. The Tuesday you didn’t burn out. We’ve learned that if you don’t pause to notice it, you’ll blow right past it and the wins are kind of the whole point.

5. Build community.

This one’s not optional. Every move we’ve made, the scary ones, the smart ones, the slow-and-steady ones, had people behind it. Clients, peers, you. We didn’t get here solo, and we’re not interested in pretending otherwise. Business is personal. The right people make it sustainable.

5 years, 5 lessons, and we’re just getting started. 🥂

What is a lesson you’ve learned since starting your biz? Drop it below 👇

The operations girls needed an operations intervention.
😱We preach systems. We build workflows. We literally do this for a living.
But our own operations had slowly been put to the side until they were basically on life support. 🫠

So we got out of town, and finally did for our business what we help our clients do all the time:
•blocked the time⏱️
•created the space🚀
•and actually worked on it instead of just in it💪🏼

Sometimes a change of scenery and removing your day to day distractions is all you need to get motivated.

Who’s coming next year?😏 by @thewonderbrew

When we started this business 5 years ago we wanted to pay our bills and make our own schedule while working with other women in business.
What we didn’t expect was the community we would build along the way.
We are beyond grateful for everyone who showed up to our anniversary party and donated to DAWN @domesticabusewomensnetwork

Big shout out to our beyond amazing friends @forevaawkward @courters1.0 for making the whole night happen we’re so lucky to have you 🥲

And another huge shout out to @happilyever.inkedandbeautyco @linkedbyluxury @leiabrokaw @chiroconcept @anchorheadcoffee for participating it really made the whole night 💖

We are so excited for what the next 5 years will bring.

And thank you to all our business friends who donated to our raffle! by @thewonderbrew

Spend the day doing a Caffeinator aka VIP Day with us! ☕️⚡️

This was such a special day working with @nordstromcreativehouse. We got down to the nitty gritty working on her processes and how she can take her existing Notion and make it work better for her. From the larger databases and processes to making the layout interactive and aesthetically pleasing to make her make Notion apart of her daily routine and keep up with her as she grows. We left her with something tangible to use right away, instructions on how to manage things, and an action plan of next steps for her business.

The goal of your Caffeinator is to have strategic time with us to work out where you’re at, identify blocks and do something about it. Whether it’s your systems, your processes or strategy for next steps in your business, we got you!

Ready to get Caffeinated with us? Comment CAFFEINATOR to get the ball rolling!

Who woulda thought?! … honestly we would. It makes all the sense in the world that supporting your business would also support your nervous system!

Five hours. One focused day. You, us, and a plan that actually makes sense for YOU! Think of if a systems audit and a strategy call had a baby…

No more “I’ll figure it out next week.” We show up together and get into it! How your business runs, where it’s losing you time, and exactly what needs to happen next.

You walk away with a custom action plan built around your brain, your flow, and your next level.
This is for the founder who’s been meaning to sit down and sort it out!

DM us CAFFEINATE and let’s get your day on the calendar. ☕ by @thewonderbrew

If you’ve been the one holding everything together in your home, your relationships, and your business, that’s not a character flaw. That’s just what we do!

But your business shouldn’t survive on that instinct alone. When the only thing keeping it running is your memory, your energy, and your ability to context-switch at 11pm, that’s not a sustainable foundation.

The women we work with aren’t lacking discipline or drive. They’re lacking structure. And structure isn’t a personality trait you either have or you don’t. It’s something you build.

Processes and systems are what make your business the one thing in your life that’s actually built to hold itself up so you can step back, breathe, and still trust that it’s running.

That’s what we’re here for.
If you’re ready to build that foundation, our System Audit is a great place to start. We do the heavy lifting of finding exactly what you need to do next to give yourself structure with a full action plan. Link in bio to find out more!

You can fell the energy when you walk in this room.

Someone said “thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming environment”

It’s you.

It’s your energy.

The warm welcome is because you walked in with a smile on your face.

The warmth you feel is a mirror from the women alongside you.

So thank you to each of the women who walk into this room.

Thank you to the women who make these dreams possible.

Can’t wait to keep growing with you.

Tacoma you amaze me everytime!
