Our mission is simple. Utilise the time between

Because you don’t need more hours in your day. You need intention within the ones you already have. It’s the work between that gets you there.

Meet Billy - one of the faces behind The Work Between.

Billy wasn’t always fit and healthy. Growing up, he was a bigger kid and struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and with himself. While he played footy and stayed active, his overall lifestyle didn’t reflect the health and balance he was chasing.

A defining moment in his life changed everything. He made the decision to take control of his health, and from that point forward, he committed fully to becoming the best version of himself.

Like many people on this journey, it wasn’t always smooth. After losing weight, Billy found himself stuck in a cycle of obsessing over calories and feeling like he had to “earn” his food through training. Over time, he realised that real health isn’t about punishment, it’s about balance, respect, and fuelling your body properly.

Today, Billy has a strong healthy relationship with food, training and himself. He trains to perform, to feel good, and to be the best husband and dad he can be, not to make up for what he’s eaten.

As a founder of TWB, Billy now helps men and women transform their health and fitness in a way that fits into real life, alongside careers, kids, and busy schedules.

His mission is simple - help people build sustainable habits, create balance, and become the healthiest version of themselves.

Big month for some of our TWB crew

Results like these don’t come from one good session. They come from the work between it all.

Consistency. Structure.
Doing what they said they’d do even when no one was watching.

Coaching is one part of the equation but the work between is on you. Earnt not given 🤝

Proud.

Motivation fades. Structure doesn’t.

You’re not lacking motivation. You’re lacking structure, accountability and having the right people in your corner.

The plan.
The coaching.
The consistency.
The people behind you doing the work too.

That’s where consistency is built. That’s the work between.

DM us “START” if you’re ready for structure.

4min off his 10km in 9 weeks 🚀

Dylan doesn’t miss sessions. He doesn’t look for shortcuts.

He just shows up and does the work. That’s how progress happens. The results come from the work between.

@dylantibballsss we haven’t even touched the sides yet

We meet you where you’re at.

Whether you’re starting out, getting back on track, or training at a high level, we meet you where you are and we build from there.

We don’t believe in extremes. We believe in structure.
Progression. Doing things properly.

This is long term health and performance at every level.
