POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

15 years ago, DJ Dinamx put away the turntables, remixes, and beats to focus on TheWrightPhoto and the shutterbug world of photography, but I never lost my love for the music. 🎹🎶

Well, guess who's back playing with them there beats? 😎🤣

It's been a minute, so I dusted off my musical imagination, added a little creativity, some trial and error, and took a trip Wright Between The Lines. 🎶🔥

The result? My first composition in 15 years!

Never been a musician, so I had to trust my eyes and ears as I played the chords, created the melody, programmed the drums, and arranged the composition, figuring it all out one button and one note at a time! 🤣

No samples, no shortcuts, just me making music again.

It's not sequenced or mastered and definitely needs a baseline to carry the grove, I'm definitely not trying to become the next Dr. Dre.

Just an old-school DJ rediscovering the joy of making music.

Now I need your ears! 🎧

Does it have potential, or should DJ Dinamx go back into retirement? 🤣

Drop your thoughts below. Don't sugarcoat it, I can take it! 👇🏾

My lens made friends with @daley during the 2026 @lasvegasjazzfestival Soul Festival as he leaned back to catch the vibe, and my lens was like… oh snap! 📸🎶

Some artists bring the music. Others bring the soul. Daley showed up with both! 🔥

1 part falsetto, 1 part smooth delivery, and 1 part soul… the perfect recipe for multiple eargasms and a set that felt just Wright! 🎤🔥

And while Daley was catchin' the vibe, I was catchin' the memories Wright Between The Lines. 📸😎

So, if ya dig or dont like the snap, drop a FRAME or SHAME and share your thoughts in the comments! 👇🏾

Who else loves that smooth, soulful R&B sound? 🎶

They say a picture is worth a thousand words… ❤️📸

My lens says snaps are priceless! 😎

To help a fan and his family celebrate and honor their grandmother's heavenly birthday, I decided to put a little love into restoring a treasured photograph.

The recipe?

2 parts TLC, 1 part creativity, a splash of technology, and a trip Wright Between The Lines. 📸

The result? More than a restored photograph… a day filled with memories, smiles, and family conversations.

See, I wasn't trying to turn back the hands of time…

Just give time a hand bringing back a little piece of yesterday. ❤️

Because pictures may fade, but the love behind them never goes out of focus.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to Grandma! 🕊️❤️

Much love and appreciation to my fan and his family for allowing me to share this special moment.

Now tell me… If you could bring one old photograph back to life, whose smile would you want to see again? 👇🏾

I know, I know… 😂
Some of y’all are looking at this like…
“Wait… what happened to the boom bap?” 🎤

What had happened was…

If ya dig deep enough, you’ll find music has always been connected.

Before hip-hop flipped samples into masterpieces…

Before producers became beat scientists, digging through crates like musical archaeologists searching for that one hidden gem…

There were artists who found a different way to paint with sound.

They didn’t just make songs they built soundscapes, broke rules and moved culture.

The Beatles were one of those groups.

We’ve all witnessed greatness through their records, moments, and history…

But sometimes we forget, behind every masterpiece are real people.

So using my vivid imagination, creativity, and technology, I painted between those lines to tell a different side of the story.

Ain’t always about the music…
It’s about the moments that make us feel something. 🎨

So, Frame or Shame… if ya dig it or don’t like the art, tell me what you see. 👇🏾

My lens made friends with @raheem_devaughn as he serenaded my friends daughter, during the 2026 @lasvegasjazzfestival Soul Fest....and my lens was like "Oh snap!" 📸

"Can I Call You Rose."

She smiles.

A memory that will last forever. 🌹

Sometimes the best concert moments aren’t the ones you plan…

They’re the ones you’re lucky enough to witness.

And the coolest part?

She was making a memory, her dad was trying to capture the memory and I caught them both Wright Between the Lines so they'll never forgot it.

That’s what music is really about. ❤️
Frame or Shame, if ya dig or don’t like the snap, and tell me about your favorite concert moment. 👇🏾

Y’all voted… and though a tie between the beat and the lyrics, I dropped the last vote si lyrics win. ✍🏾🎤

And who better to represent a “Microphone Fiend” than The God MC…

Rakim.

He showed the world that words could be weapons, paint pictures, and move a culture…

all while letting wack MCs “Follow The Leader.”

So using my vivid imagination, creativity, and technology, I brought one of my favorite verses to life.

So “Check Out My Melody,” and let me know what you think....

By droppin a Frame or Shame, if ya dig or dont like the art, and leave your thoughts in the comments 👇🏾

Some artists make songs…

Freddie Jackson made that “hold me, touch me, thrill me” grown folks music. 🎤❤️

You know the kind… where the lights got low, the vocals got smooth, and somebody somewhere was getting pregnant. 🤣

From “Rock Me Tonight” setting the mood…

to “You Are My Lady” becoming a soundtrack for love…

to “Tasty Love” reminding us that R&B had a flavor all its own…

Freddie didn’t just sing R&B…

He helped define what R&B felt like.

That velvet voice.
That effortless style.
That grown folks music that could make a room stop and listen.

So using my imagination, creativity, and technology, I created this tribute Wright Between The Lines to celebrate the legacy of a man who colored outside the lines and left us a few more lines to live between through timeless music.

Sending my sincerest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to Freddie Jackson’s family, friends, and all the fans who loved his music.

Rest In Power, Freddie Jackson. 🕊️❤️

What’s your favorite Freddie Jackson song or memory? 👇🏾

Y’all know the strong ties I have to my hometown of Philly and the amazing stories that come from our mecca of music.

So let’s talk about 3 sistas with them church voices deciding… “Who Can I Run To” to get heard? 🎤

So they headed up the 76 to the 80 from the D and made that TSOP connection in the Illadelph.

Funny thing about music… sometimes the songs stay famous, but the voices behind them get lost in the shuffle.

The Jones Girls weren’t just making records…

They were building bridges.

Detroit roots. Philly soul. Gamble & Huff. TSOP. A sound that helped define an era.

Three queens who gave us timeless music, unforgettable melodies, and moments that still live in the culture…

Yet somehow… we forgot.

So how did all that talent “Make Us Love Somebody Else”? 🎶

Using my vivid imagination, creativity and technology, I created this tribute to remind folks…

Before we run looking for something new, sometimes we need to remember who built what we already love. ❤️

Now I gotta know… What Up Doe?

What’s your favorite Jones Girls song? 👇🏾

And don’t forget to Frame or Shame, if ya dig or dont like the art.

This past weekend my lens made friends with 10 artists and 1 party rocker who left it all on the @lasvegasjazzfestival Soul Fest stage, for the fans and my lens was like "Oh snap!" 🔥📸

A huge shout out to the fans for coming out to support live music ❤️

There was some amazing performances and allot of dancing going on. In less than a minute, its hard to show everyone, but there is enough here to give an idea, a time was had.

So drop a Frame or Shame if ya dig or don't like the recap, but must importantly leave your thoughts in the comments + tag a friend who loves soul, jazz and rnb. 👇🏾

"Do do do do do…" 🎶

"As around the sun the earth knows she's revolving..."

You can rest your mind assure… ❤️

We'll be lovin you always.

50 years later, Songs In The Key Of Life is still doing what timeless music does… making you feel, making you think, and reminding us why Stevie Wonder is in a lane all his own. 🎹🌎🔑

Two records. Endless memories.

Now I gotta know… what’s your favorite song from this legendary double album? 👇🏾
