SGDP is an important national development programme that brings together promising young gymnasts, club coaches and national coaches. It gives athletes valuable opportunities to experience a high-performance training environment, learn from different coaches, develop their skills and better understand the standards required for future progression.

For Mia, this is an important step in her long-term development and a chance to gain new knowledge, confidence and motivation.
