11 years later, and one thing has never changed: our mission.

We’ve grown, evolved, and added new ways to serve our community, but our goal has always been to create a place where people of all fitness levels and budgets feel welcome.

A place that feels like a second home. ❤️

If you’re part of The Yard family, we’d love to hear from you! 👇

How long have you been a member? Whether it’s been 11 years, 11 months, or 11 days, comment below! 🫶 by @theyardmiami

I remember when Otoniel walked into the gym 2 and a half years ago overweight, smoking a cigarette and then said to me “I’m ready to change my life.” All I said was “you need to be 100% locked in and I can help you get there.” Fast forward to today - he put his trust in us and well…the results speak for themselves! 🫡 #Yardmade @theyardmiami by @theyardmiami

Your qualifications matter. But who you are, how you treat people, and what you bring to the room matter even more to us 💪

At The Yard, we work hard, laugh with our clients, and get to know the people behind the workouts. We’ve spent over 11 years building that culture, and we’re intentional about who becomes part of it.

You’ll fit right in if you:
🤝 Can make someone feel welcome on their first day.
🔥 Are passionate about helping clients reach their goals and committed to coaching them there.
🖤 Care about people beyond their progress pictures.
🏡 Love a family-oriented environment.
💪 Are willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to the culture here.

We have two opportunities for independent and commission-based trainers. Maybe you want a place to train your clients without the overhead of your own gym. Maybe owning a space is your future goal. Maybe you just simply love coaching. We’d love to meet you.

Sound like your kind of place? APPLY by sending us an email to info@theyardmiami.com and if you know someone that would be perfect for this share it with them!

We work hard, but we’re gonna have a good time doing it 😂🤍

Life is serious enough. Sometimes we need to laugh a little, lift something heavy, and be around people who make the day feel lighter. The world needs more of that. We all do.

Who at The Yard always gets you laughing? Tag them below 😂👇 whether it’s a trainer, employee or a client!

A place where you fit right in. 🏡❤️ Who agrees?

More than workouts. It’s the people, the energy, the community, and the feeling of belonging.

Happy Monday from your second home! 💪🔥

We want to know…who makes The Yard feel like home to YOU? 👀👇
