POV: You ask a kid about The Yard and accidentally find your new marketing director 😂

No script. No paid actor. Just a kid telling the truth.

Come hit. Get better. Have fun doing it. by @theyardrichfield

You’ll fight your brother over a phone charger but get shy asking him to hit with you 😭

Slide him the note. Go to The Yard. Settle who’s the better athlete so Mom can stop saying “you’re both good.” 😂⚾️ by @theyardrichfield

Everybody wants the big hit when it matters.

Not everybody wants the reps when nobody is watching.

Saturday work. Get in. Get better. Go home knowing you did something most players didn’t.

That’s why The Yard exists.

Wednesday.

The week isn’t over and neither are you.

You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to show up and get your work in.

One more round. One more swing. One more day better.

The Yard was built for this.

Everybody notices when it finally clicks.

Nobody notices the months and years when it didn’t.

Keep working. Keep swinging. Keep showing up.

You don’t have to be the biggest, strongest, or most talented. You just have to stay in it longer than everyone thought you would.

The Yard was built for the work nobody sees.

Game day doesn’t create confidence.

The reps before game day do.

Every swing. Every adjustment. Every extra round.

What shows up on game day gets built at The Yard.

Baseball with the boys just hits different when everybody rakes. ⚾️

The fun shows up on game day.
The work happens at The Yard.

The work doesn’t have to be complicated.

Twenty focused minutes.
Fifty intentional swings.
Fix one small thing.

Then come back tomorrow.

That’s how athletes get better.

That’s why we built The Yard. ⚾️ by @theyardrichfield

One day, you’ll miss these days.

The cages. The extra reps. The car rides. The work.

Right now, it might feel repetitive. Someday, you’d give anything for one more practice.

Take the reps while they’re still yours.

Everybody wants the moment. Fewer people want the mornings that build it.

The extra reps. The hard conversation with your coach. Showing up again after a bad game.

Young athletes: you don’t get to choose what greatness costs. You choose whether you’re willing to pay it.

It takes what it takes. Get back to work. by @theyardrichfield
