I can announce, today, that the opening act for the #TRANSVISIONVAMP UK tour is YEE LOI!!

Their instagram page: @theyeeloi

“Yee Loi are a teenage punk rock n roll trio from Merseyside made up of sisters Rose and Matilda, alongside their brother Don on bass. Despite their age, the band has quickly built a reputation for delivering raw energy, infectious melodies, and a fearless approach that sets them apart from their peers.

Their musical journey began when they unearthed their father’s record collection and discovered the sounds of punk, rockabilly, and rock ’n’ roll. Artists such as The Ramones, Johnny Thunders, and The Stray Cats sparked an obsession that soon replaced school-day hobbies with guitars, drums and a relentless drive to create.

Fronted by drummer-vocalist Matilda and powered by Rose’s distinctive, rockabilly-influenced guitar work, Yee Loi blend classic influences with a fresh, youthful intensity. With Don anchoring the rhythm section, the trio are forging their own path and emerging as one of the most exciting young bands on the UK punk rock n roll scene.”

I saw them and heard them! I love their sense of melody and of course... the whole attitude!

What a fabulous way to open our show!

Make sure y’all get there at ‘doors open’ so you can see and hear them!

Thank you Yee Loi!

Love, Wendy xxx
