Booking with me is simple and personal so I can support you in the way that fits you best.

Tell me what you’re looking for — a session for you, your horse, or a workshop.

You don’t need to know the “correct” option.
I’ll guide you based on what you share.

3. We choose a day + time that works for you.

4. Arrive as you are.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just honesty, curiosity, and openness.

I work with people and horses, in-person or remote.

WHAT I DO — THE YODAH

I teach people how to understand their energy — the real language beneath words.
Through horses, story, and energy awareness, I help you see the patterns that shape your life, the places you disconnect, and the pathways back to your inner compass.

I work with people, and I work with horses.
Often a horse will show us where a person is blocked — and sometimes a horse carries a blockage of their own. My work supports both, clearing tension, confusion, and energetic patterns so connection can return to honesty and ease.

This isn’t about fixing or performing.
It’s about truth, connection, and remembering the parts of you that went quiet from carrying too much for too long.

Offerings:
• 1:1 sessions — with horses or without
• Equine-guided energy work
• Energy work + blockage release for horses
• Workshops on patterns, connection, boundaries, archetypes, and energy literacy
• Small group experiences
• Virtual sessions when in-person isn’t possible

Can I come over as I am? Can you come here without either of us feeling like we need to put on a performance?

We can disagree. Have different interests. Be having very different kinds of days.

I enjoy friendships where we can learn each other instead of constantly trying to guess who we need to be to keep our place.

Life has taught me the number matters very little… being comfortable as myself in your company matters a whole lot. by @theyodah

I take it as a huge compliment when an animal chooses to love on me.

There’s no performance needed. Just me, as I am in that moment… and Kitty reaching back. 🤍

There’s something about being met at your essence. Undeniably you, with love to give and love to receive.

Whisper in the lead, Kitty running behind her… and me calling across the pasture. 🤍Zeus is coming just always at his own speed 😁

I know these horses, and I’m still learning them. Familiarity gives me more to notice. Small changes mean something when you’ve spent time paying attention.

I bring that same curiosity to archetypes.

The part of me that steps in to help. The part that takes charge. The part that wants to be seen, or would prefer everyone leave me alone for a minute. 🤣

I’m interested in when those patterns show up, what brings them forward, and how I participate once I notice them.

Knowing a pattern’s name is a beginning. Getting to know how it lives in me… that’s an ongoing conversation. by @theyodah

I made a small clicking sound, and Zeus backed away.

Nothing forceful. No pulling. Just an invitation he understood and a response I was paying attention to.

Relationship isn’t created by one of us continually directing while the other complies. It develops through the exchange what I ask, how I ask, what he offers in return, and how we both adjust from there.

The space between an invitation and a response holds a great deal of information.

I’m explaining Zeus to Beau.

He’s trying to be your friend.
He may bite you a little
just to taste you
because Zeus believes everything requires a small sampling. 😂

he is a sweet, gentle guy.

As I soften my voice and tell him that, Zeus yawns. His eyes grow heavy and his whole body relaxes.

He may not understand the dictionary meaning of every word I’m saying, but that doesn’t mean he cannot feel their meaning.

We feel the intention and motivation carried behind words. We hear it in tone, feel it in the body and recognize it in how someone approaches us.

Language helps us name meaning.

Whisper is my faithful sidekick.

Zeus… well, Zeus is Zeus.

And I actually love that about them.

They’re both horses. They live in the same herd, on the same farm, with the same person caring for them — and my relationship with each of them is completely different.

Whisper has her language.
Zeus has his.
Kitty has hers.

The more time I spend with them, the less interested I am in deciding how a horse should communicate and the more interested I become in learning how this particular horse does.

I think people are much the same.

We can share a language, a family, a workplace, even a life together and still have completely different dictionaries.

Relationship asks me to notice the individual standing in front of me.

And sometimes that individual is Zeus.

And honestly… Zeus is just Zeus. 😂🤍 by @theyodah

I spend so much time watching them.

Not only their ears, eyes, feet or movement.

I watch the energy ripple.
I feel what changes in my own body when their energy changes.
I notice the space between them, between us, and what happens within it.

Sometimes I see something before I understand it.
Sometimes I feel something before I see it.

It’s all information.

I don’t expect I’ll ever finish learning their language. I’m not sure I’d want to.

Years ago, I was watching a horse in a round pen being asked to change direction with the movement of a flag.

Sometimes the transition was beautiful and fluid. Other times the horse struggled.

I began noticing the space between the asks.

Given enough room to complete one response, find its feet and orient again, the next transition became easier.

I remember thinking, we’re like that.

Life changes direction constantly.

We become excited, frightened, joyful, overwhelmed, angry, grieving. Something happens and before we’ve quite found our feet, sometimes something else happens.

Perhaps regulation isn’t about remaining calm.

Perhaps some of it is our capacity to move between states — to respond, orient, recover and respond again.

And then there was the day my beloved Miss Kitty taught me another part of it.

I watched her frustration with a trainer building. I could feel something wasn’t right, but I had hired a professional and at that time I believed that meant I shouldn’t interfere.

Until Kitty, saddled and apparently finished with everyone’s opinions on the matter, jumped the round pen.

No more.

That memory is bittersweet for me.

Because Kitty had been communicating. I simply hadn’t trusted myself enough yet to act on what I was noticing.

I learned something that day that changed how I participate with my animals.

Regulation isn’t endless accommodation.

Every response carries information.

Sometimes we need more space between the asks.
Sometimes our capacity grows and something that once overwhelmed us becomes an easy turn.
Sometimes we need to change the conditions.

And sometimes, no more is the appropriate response.

I speak up now.
I remove myself or my animals when that’s what I discern is needed.
And these days, I do the vast majority of their training myself.

Maybe health isn’t measured by how little something moves us.

Maybe there’s something much more interesting to notice:

Apparently, yes.

There are so many things I notice and investigate in relationship with these horses.

And then there are moments like this.

No lesson.
No profound realization.
No need to turn it into anything more than it is.

Kitty following me.
Me discovering she’ll keep doing it.
And both of us participating in this ridiculous little game. 🤍

Maybe play belongs in our relationships just as much as all the serious stuff does.
