The healing journey is one to marvel. Deprogramming and turning your world upside down is no simple feat. It’s scary. It’s new. It’s intense and sometimes quite lonely. But it’s also magical. It defies logic at times. And it feels utterly incredible to finally come home to yourself. Maybe if you let go of everything, you will be left with nothing. But what if you let go of everything so you can live in peace and harmony with yourself, you can trust and follow your intuition always, and you can make room for what is truly meant for your highest self. That doesn’t sound like nothing to me. That sounds like absolutely everything. by @theyogashedbr

Everything we need is already within us. The answers are there, but in order to truly tune in, we must quiet the mind. And in order to quiet the mind, we must first find stillness in the body. This journey starts on the mat, and beautifully expands into absolutely everything. Every day is an opportunity for growth, and whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned advanced practitioner, it’s always a great day to do some yoga. by @theyogashedbr
