PRESAVE MY FIRST EP on streaming coming FRIDAY 30/05/26 - these 3 tracks were recorded very simply in my ashram room after @intlyogafest @parmarthniketan ashram.
They have a homemade feel, are perfectly imperfect and are full of love and devotion - featuring beautiful vocals from @sahsya_yoga and brilliant tabla and vocals from @vinodjoshi7055
Extra special thanks to my Bhakti brother @jw_wellness_ for masterminding this whole project - encouraging me to do it - recording, engineering, mixing, mastering and producing and replying to a million voice messages 😆 - if you listen closely you can hear his beautiful voice on Siva Shambo ☺️

Before I met James personally I attended one of his beautiful Asana & sound bath classes at the @natural_history_museum, he was able to guide us through a connected practice whilst allowing space to take in the stunning location. Our paths crossed again at the @intlyogafest in India at the divine ashram @parmarthniketan, a place we both consider our spiritual home. @theyogij led the festival in passionate and heartwarming Kirtans ♥️ by @theyogij

Yoga on a Wednesday evening is already a pretty good idea.

Yoga underneath a 25-metre blue whale in the @natural_history_museum is considerably better. We’re back beneath Hope next Wednesday 23rd September for two evening classes:

🚀 Rocket Yoga with @catherinewestonyoga | 6:30pm
🧘 Slow Flow with James @theyogij | 8:15pm

Both classes are open to all levels and you’ll have Hintze Hall all to yourselves after hours which, frankly, is not a bad way to spend a Wednesday night.
