Such a joy to be a member of The Blue Triangle Garden Club, the oldest black garden club in Texas! We kicked off the year with a beautiful “boots on the ground” inspired luncheon hosted by our illustrious president, @barbararoberts170 at Michelin award winning @jbarmbbq. Toledo is “the old city” and is a unique UNESCO site known as the home where Muslims, Jews, and Christians lived in peace and harmony. The Toledo Cathedral is a magnificent site built by craftsman from all three cultures and is one of the most significant buildings in history. Everyone has a word that I believe God ordered just for us! Over 30 years ago a coworker and a beloved aunt both said this was what they believed God showed them in me. My husband, sons and my most precious angel, mommy always said and say this is what they see. I believe life is a choice and how you respond matters, no matter what.
