Halloween Horror Nights with @oheycoachbrittany by @theyounghare

It's a nice day today so I figured why not get some sun and touch grass while I workout. Warmed up with squats, lunges and swings. Added upright pulls with a towel to work on my grip strength and finished with bell flips to work on coordination. Have a good day😊✌🏽 by @theyounghare

The 3 Pillars of Community Feeling

Self-Acceptance (not self-affirmation):

Accepting who you are—flaws, limitations, and all—without pretending to be someone else. You focus exclusively on what you can change rather than despairing over what you cannot.

Confidence in Others (Unconditional Trust):

Placing genuine trust in people without requiring security deposits or guarantees. Whether someone betrays that trust is their task; choosing to trust is yours. This removes the fear of vulnerability.

Contribution to Others:

Experiencing the subjective sense that you are beneficial or useful to someone else. This is not self-sacrifice; it is taking action that supports the community while preserving your own boundaries. by @theyounghare

Wednesdays are for yoga @bjjmelbournefl, and it is much needed with how I've been going lately. Thanks to @thetiniestwarrior for another great class by @theyounghare

Did another day of practicing kettlbell complex moves(still looking rough lol) but because l go light on those as I learn them, I made sure to do a proper workout before. Then I don't have to worry about the complex itself being my lift and I can focus on just getting the moves right. Hope you had a good day☺️✌🏽
