Why train on a tire? 🛑⚾

It challenges balance, tight footwork, quick hands, and fast transfers behind the plate.

Training on an unstable surface forces the body to stay controlled while working through the small details of a catcher’s movements.

Daily consistency in the small details is what turns practice into performance. 🔥

And yes… he picked the song. 😂🎶
Apparently, catcher drills hit different with @karolg 😎

🌧️ Rain couldn’t stop the hustle! 💥⚾️
Tough weather out there today, but when you love the game, nothing slows you down 💪🔥.
Even though the rain kept us from filming, the bat did all the talking: 2-for-2 on the day with a double and a single! 🚀🔥
Grateful for every plate appearance, learning every step of the way. Thanks to everyone showing love and support! 🙌
