On 28th May, in commemoration of Menstrual Hygiene Day, we had the privilege of distributing sanitary pads to 120 girls helping to promote menstrual health, dignity and confidence.

The day was more than just pad distribution. it was an opportunity to educate, empower and remind girls that menstruation is natural and should never be a barrier to their education, dreams or potential.

Every pad distributed was a step toward breaking stigma, keeping girls in school and ensuring dignity in every cycle.

Together, we can create a world where no girl is held back because of her period.

Small acts matter,
You don’t need millions to make a difference.
A visit. A smile. A listening ear
Sometimes small acts of kindness change someone’s entire day or life🤗. by @thiamfoundation
