My kind of meditation

Just like the tea ceremony for some people, extracting a filter coffee is a kind of ritual that has punctuated my daily life for years.

It is up to you to make it a privileged moment, during which you refocus on yourself, on your senses to aim for a form of fullness.

That’s why the message « smell the Flowers » of a Barista champion met last week speaks to me so much.

It’s perhaps the most challenging thing to keep this state of mind in competition.

Les certifications SCA on en dit quoi 🤔?
Avec @brice_robin_ & @barburista on a passé notre Sensory Skills Intermédiaire et franchement, c’était passionnant !
Parce que mieux goûter, sentir et comprendre ses sens, ça ne nous fait pas progresser qu’en café, ça nous aide aussi à mieux conscientiser tout ce que l’on peut consommer.
Et puis la morale, c’est surtout que pour être un bon formateur, il faut continuer d’être soi-même formé 👨🏼‍🏫
