While everyone else is impulse shopping for clothes or jewelry, my real weakness is bookstores and the stationery section.

In 2025, I literally had to ban myself from buying new books because my collection was getting out of hand!
I’ll buy a book just because the topic caught my eye or I love the author. And no, you cannot borrow it “with full chest” because what if you crease the spine? 😅

Also, don’t leave me near the notebook aisle at the supermarket unless you want to wait 30 minutes while I pick out journals and colorful pens I definitely dont need.

Tell me I’m not the only one like this? 👀📖 by @thieola

Jokes aside, we live in a world where sex has become so casual and body counts are treated like a status symbol. But intimacy is far more profound than just a physical act.

When you get intimate with someone, sex consummates a connection—it ties two people together in a way that goes deeper than words, calls, or even love. There is a real, subconscious exchange that happens. A piece of you stays with them, and a piece of them stays with you.

When we skip the stage of truly getting to know someone and jump straight to pulling off our clothes, we end up carrying spiritual and emotional weight from past connections. It’s no wonder so many adults today feel fragmented, heartbroken, and disconnected.

Sex isn’t just physical—it’s binding. Protect your heart, protect your energy, and don’t be in a rush. by @thieola

Looking at my life the Lord has been good to me by @thieola

It’s still breast cancer awareness month so i thought to throw it back to last year when the onigbongbo LCDA hosted a walk, seminar and free screening for women.

Let’s check our health not just our breast! by @thieola

Humans are versatile, yet people love to categorize you just to make you easier for them to understand.

I’m that team member who gets called the “most professional staff” during work hours... but outside the office (and lowkey in the office)? The energy is completely different so i had to jump on this trend.

Because I talk about God, check in on people, and send prayers, everyone calls me “Pastor.” But the moment I’m seen at a party with a drink, dancing my heart out, or wearing a full face of makeup, people get confused:
> “Aren’t you a pastor? We’re telling your senior pastors!”
My answer? Go right ahead. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Being deeply spiritual and professional doesn’t make me less of a social person.

Versatility isn’t a contradiction—it’s just living fully.

Stop shrinking yourself to fit into people’s limited expectations. Work hard, pray deep, dance well, and live unboxed!

“My people perish for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6)—and honestly, a lot of us are guilty of it.

I’ve heard preachers, pastors, and everyday believers pull Bible verses completely out of context. It reminds me of what Jesus said in Matthew 13:13—that people will hear, but never truly understand. That’s exactly what’s happening in the world today: people read the Word, but miss the actual meaning.

Here’s what I’ve learned as I grow in my walk with God: the Word only unlocks through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. 🕊️

I am BIG on prayer. But I’ve become even bigger on studying the Word. Understanding the Scriptures helps me discern the will of Christ for my life, guards me against deceit, and genuinely transforms my mind.

Titles quantify you; character defines you. You can have the biggest title in the room and still be a shitty person.

Y’all will probably say I only think like this because I haven’t hit ‘globally recognized’ status yet.

Check back with me in 10 months and we’ll see if i still maintain my stance on this matter.

Anyways, enough long talk—check the fit: new look unlocked 🔓

A colleague recently asked what guy was behind my recent glow up, and it really made me reflect. Because the truth is, no man brought this glow—letting go of one did. 🌸

For a while, I was low-key holding back, holding out hope for an old flame. On top of that, I was constantly prioritizing everyone else—work, family, friends—and pushing my own personal goals aside.

But I reached a point where I decided to stop waiting and start living for me. This season has been all about pampering myself, reclaiming my energy, and spending beautiful, quiet moments with God. Singlehood isn’t about waiting for someone; it’s about discovering how freeing it is when you finally return to yourself. ✨

In a nutshell I can’t quit working yet 😂😂😂 by @thieola

Sometimes love looks like sending funds, being there and showing you care but other times it comes with a shout out and a prayer from people you admire.

There was a time @thieola made Zlatan do a shoutout for her brother (let's go find that video too)
