Toronto cookie company cracks health code. Make them so thin you can eat five. Now I’m not a nutritionist but I’m willing to do more research on this. Shoutout to @thinbillybaked for making the best cookies, and for making me think I’m doing my body a favour by eating them.

I was told that this Muskoka bakery has an APPLE FRITTER that will quite literally knock your socks off. So obviously Billy and I went to investigate (he’s already investigated this before and confirmed it to be true)

Listen, there’s a chance that this is the first apple fritter I’ve had in my life. I would never think to order APPLE anything - pie, fritter, apple juice… but this changed my whole view.

Thanks to Billy for putting me onto this. Thankfully Bala is an hour drive from my end of Muskoka, otherwise I’d be stopping by Don’s bakery a bit too much

I was back in Toronto briefly so I decided to go to @costco_canada Business Centre to get a little more chocolate to add to my stockpile just in case so that I don't run out before Labour Day! Ofc I hit @aboalabed.ca.east !! Next time I'm going to be sure to get to @pattytime.scarborough in time before they close 😋 taken in Toronto Ontario Canada by @thinbillybaked

In a world dominated by thick cookies, @thinbillybaked decided to be different. There’s something very satisfying about biting into one of these thin cookies that’s difficult to put into words. You just gotta try it. 🍪

Uuuumm yes please 🍪🤤

Meet Thin Billy Baked (@thinbillybaked), a micro-bakery flipping the cookie trend with paper-thin, chewy, sugar-crusted cookies 😋

Instead of endless flavour rotations, Thin Billy keeps it simple with just two perfected options: The OG, which is the Belgian milk chocolate, peanut butter, and toffee, and the Brown Butter Belgian Chocolate finished with Maldon sea salt 🔥

Orders are done via weekly drops for pickup or delivery, with restaurant collabs and a future brick-and-mortar on the dream list 😎

It’s not every day you meet a guy in a parking lot to buy cookies… but when it’s Billythins, you make the exception. 🍪

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, loaded with Belgian chocolate, Skor toffee, and Reese peanut butter cups. Then the brown butter chocolate chunk with sea salt showed up and things got serious.

After going viral in 2024 and taking a short break, Billy is back baking again and we’re glad we finally tracked him down for a First Bite.

Delivery Cutoff: Tuesday at 11:45PM for Thursday & Friday deliveries.

DM @thinbillybaked or thinbillybaked.com to place your order.

Everyone says bigger is better so we brought our THIN cookies to Do West Fest and let Toronto decide for themselves 🍪

Three guys showed up with a camera, a wig, and a bunch of cookies.

Against all odds - and a little heat stroke - they somehow made it through!!

This is their story.
