Carfest 2025 - Day 1&2 of 4! - So dreams do come true and WOW, WHAT A WEEKEND!!! ๐Ÿ˜€ We love our Carfest weekends but this time was very special as many of Tedโ€™s dreams came true!! ๐Ÿ˜ He not only got to perform 4 songs live on the Wigwam stage, (which he has wanted to do for last 4 years) but he got to sing with Rob Brydon and his comedy hero Lee Mack!! That was just day 1&2 โ€ฆ Day 3 saw him get up on stage, actually with Lee Mack and do a Q&A with him on the Starfest stage!! โ€ฆ he followed this by later meeting Chris Evans (again) and got to tell a joke in front of the festival audience! โ€ฆ. Our boy has come home a little overwhelmed and straight into his rehearsals for the โ€˜Sound of Music!โ€™ โ€ฆ barely time to breathe, but has been very excited to tell the family all about it this evening โค๏ธ Thank you Carfest!, youโ€™ve made one lad a very, very happy boy ๐Ÿ’™ We always love our time with you all, but this year was particularly special! We cannot wait for next year, but @laverstoke we will miss you! ๐Ÿฅน Hereโ€™s day 1&2, day 3&4 video coming soon!! ๐Ÿ™ #feelingblessed #carfest #carfest2025 #leemack #robbrydon #chrisevans #virginradio #star #dreamscancometrue #wilty #festival #familyfestival by @thingsforkidsinkent
We went along to the Noel Coward Theatre in Londonโ€™s West End to see โ€˜A Comedy about Spiesโ€™ and to say it was incredible, is an understatement! From all the shows we have ever reviewed, โ€˜The Play that goes wrongโ€™ has always remained our absolute favourite, so we were wondering if this play could be as good โ€ฆ and we are very pleased to say IT IS!!! ๐Ÿ˜€ Everything about this show was fantastic! The set design, the very clever dialogue, the costumes and obviously the brilliant and comedic performing was just superb. If there was ever to be a โ€˜Carry onโ€™ film on stage, with a style of โ€˜who dunnitโ€™ this is the show! Not to mention that it was @t3dubbleya dream to see this cast live, after re-enacting every โ€˜Goes Wrongโ€™ show that exists, from the age of 6!! ๐Ÿ˜ and for him to meet the cast afterwards was just so wonderful for him! โ€ฆ Iโ€™ll be forever grateful for the time the cast took to talk with him, thank you ๐Ÿ™ If you want to see a show that will entertain you from beginning to end, then donโ€™t miss this one. It ends in September, so go get your tickets TODAY!!!! Wow, wow, WOW!!! @hi.performingarts you ABSOLUTELY smashed it out of the park!!! I honestly didnโ€™t know how you could beat last yearโ€™s performance of Sound of music, but OMG you absolutely did!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป From the fabulous set design, the beautiful flying car ๐Ÿ˜ฎ the singing, dancing, the comedy! Judging by how INCREDIBLE this show was last year, we CANNOT wait to see their Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Show this week!!! ๐Ÿ˜„ Good luck to everyone at @hi.performingarts Break a leg, Go Smash it!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป REPOST - We went along to see Sound of Music last night, at the Hazlitt Theatre in Maidstone and we cannot get over how utterly superb this show was! I spoke to one lady, who came to watch alone just because she likes the film and she said she actually cried at one point! I totally believe her, I also became a little overwhelmed, immediately, the opening scenes, the music, it hits you hard! โ€ฆ Just incredible! โค๏ธ It doesnโ€™t matter if you know this story, if you like theatre, even a tiny bit, get yourself a last minute ticket for today / tonight!
