Standing on the rim of Tazi Canyon in the heart of the Taurus Mountains—where ancient Selge once thrived. 🏔️
Long before it was a breathtaking viewpoint, this corner of southwestern Turkey (ancient Pisidia) was a fierce, independent mountain stronghold. Selge was uniquely founded by Spartan tradition, making it one of the few Greek settlements high in the rugged Taurus range that refused to be easily conquered.
