Change your mindset = Change your life! #spirituality #mindset #awareness #thoughts #thinkitbelieveitbecomeit by @thinkitbelieveitbecomeit

You were never lost.
You were layered.

Under the lies, the noise, the programming…

Is the one watching.
The stillness.
The divine force creating worlds through you.

You don’t need to become anything.
You just need to remember.

⚡️ You already have the tools.
🧬 You are the frequency.
🧠 You are the blueprint.

Now tell me… what would you build,
if you finally realized God was never separate from you?

Your mind is like a TV. And every channel you choose to watch influences how your mind is programmed—that’s why they’re called programmes.

Most of us spend our lives reacting to whatever broadcast is playing on the screen of our minds, completely forgetting that we have the remote control in our hands.

We wake up, click on the default channel of low-level anxiety, loop through old regrets, and absorb external panic, wondering why we feel exhausted by noon.

Here is the ultimate shift: You are not the television set. You are not even the show. You are the observer.

Think about how a television works, broadcasting a signal that requires your attention to bring it to life, much like your inner dialogue. Intrusive thoughts, doubt, and fear are going to broadcast as part of the static background noise of being human, but watching a channel is an active choice.

Notice how easily we fall into a trance, staring at mental static for hours and letting a bad channel play out just out of sheer habit, forgetting we have the ultimate authority to change it. If you don’t intentionally choose what you broadcast internally, something else will choose it for you.

So, if a bad channel comes on, change it—you hold the remote, and that remote is your will.

The practice for this is simple: the next time a heavy or unproductive thought loop starts playing in your head, don’t fight it or try to smash the TV, but instead step back, acknowledge the observer within, mentally click change, and ask yourself if this is the channel you actually want to keep watching right now 🧘‍♂️
