🇮🇹✨ ITALY IS CALLING… AND I’VE BEEN SELECTED!

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been selected as an official delegate for BIT Milano 2027, taking place February 9–11, 2027, in Milan, Italy. I’m so excited to be hosted for this opportunity! 🇮🇹🥂

As a travel journalist, storyteller, Fora travel advisor, and founder of @thinkthreeescapes , opportunities like this are about so much more than getting on a plane. They’re about building meaningful connections, discovering new perspectives, and exploring the people, culture, and experiences that make destinations unforgettable.

I’m looking forward to connecting with travel industry professionals from around the world, exploring new opportunities, and bringing fresh perspectives on Italy and international travel back to my audience.

From the fashion and design to the food, culture, and unmistakable Italian charm, Milan, I’m ready for you! ✨

Next stop: Milano! 🇮🇹

Thank you @connect2italy and @manciniworldwide 🫶🏽🫶🏽

@hallebailey you inspired me with your film this year “You, Me & Tuscany” - so instead I’ll title this solo travel trip “Me, me and Tuscany”. 🍷 After the movie I said “Im going!” And sure enough, walking into these vineyards and villas was just like the Hollywood movies, but better! So breathtaking! Just…wow.

Under the Tuscan sun today was a day of wine tasting, Italian villas & estates, shopping, wineries and some of the best Italian countryside views. I am in awe of the beauty of Italy. 🇮🇹 It was a fabulous @getyourguide tour facilitated by @prestigerentitaly 🍷👌

I now see why so many people choose to wed here or spend summers here. Bellissimo!

I need to come back..pronto…. But next up, Bologna!

Thank you to @lydiamansel once again for featuring my travel recommendations in @travelandleisure for her article on the best small Southern towns for a relaxing getaway.

There are so many in the South but I absolutely love that she included Marfa on this list. Nothing beats a good stargazing up into the country sky, and some much needed desert bliss.

Some of my faves from Texas Hill Country have made my personal list of best small towns of which I’ll share soon.

Be sure to read her whole list via the link in my bio. I’m definitely planning to visit many of these soon! Road trip anyone????

My photo was taken in the beautiful Marble Falls aka “Marvelous Falls” in Texas Hill Country, wearing that viral backless dress I sourced on TikTok.

Both the article and my TikTok Shop are linked in my bio!

I still can’t believe this is Texas…

Sometimes the most breathtaking views aren’t across the world, they’re right in your own backyard.

Pedernales Falls State Park is one of those places that reminds you just how beautiful Texas really is. From the limestone falls and scenic hiking trails to the crystal-clear river views, it’s the perfect escape for a day trip, weekend adventure, or anyone looking to experience a different side of the Lone Star State.

If you’re searching for hidden gems in Texas, Texas state parks, or things to do near Austin, add Pedernales Falls to your list.

Would you believe this is Texas? 👇🏾✨

✨ Save this for your next trip to Jamaica. 🇯🇲🌴

If you’re dreaming of a peaceful escape, @thecliffjamaica in Negril is every bit as beautiful as it looks. Think dramatic cliffside views, lush tropical gardens, unforgettable sunsets, and the kind of cocktails you sip while watching the sky turn every shade of orange and pink.

This is the kind of place where you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and remember why travel is so good for the soul.

Would you stay here? 🌅👇🏾

A year ago today, I was hosting my first international wellness retreat in #Bali to a group of roughly 23+ women. I truly believe that travel and wellness are synonymous and go hand-in-hand. In addition to self-care, it helps us to tap into more interconnectedness amongst each other and humanity as we explore other cultures and learn how to live and love outside of ourselves.

I look to do more of these in the future. Are you in?

We’re running Bali back for July 2027. Who’s coming? For first dibs and insider info, be sure to sign up for my mailing list at LeahHeals.com xoxo 💋

They say the body keeps the score. I even tell my reiki clients that the body tells a story.

During my last massage, my therapist says “Sis, Let it go…”

So funny that I teach this very thing. Teaching those how to breathe, meditate, release and let go…but sometimes pouring so much into others I neglect myself.

My body was holding to a lot — but I pushed through despite it all, knowing that the community I serve needed me to.

It’s a running joke that I disappear after producing the @juneteenthshow as it’s a large undertaking — and yes it’s true.

I go off to recover, to rest and to heal. I am now a PRIORITY and I must REST.

Thanks for all of you who have loved me and keep lifting me up. Ya girl needed it.
