A Roman Catholic minor basilica and national shrine, a National Historic Site of Canada and is Canada's largest church, with one of the largest church domes in the world. Founded in 1904 by Saint André Bessette in honour of his patron saint, Saint Joseph, the Oratory is the product of numerous architects and thousands of workers in a process spanning six decades.

We are approaching the last few weeks of summer. For many, this brings an end to enjoyable weather. For others, it brings a hope of gentler climate. The last few weeks have subjected Houston and many parts of Texas with 100°F weather, which is fine when we're relaxing and by the beach, but less so when working and commuting on city freeways.
