Third Coffee (52 Lupus Street, Pimlico)
A small, cosy coffee shop with a Japanese vibe.
Great coffee, excellent matcha, and homemade pastries (especially the matcha pancakes and cinnamon rolls).
Warm, homely atmosphere — more for chatting than working on a laptop.

Exciting news for Streatham’s coffee and matcha lovers! ☕️ @thirdcoffeeuk is coming soon to the High Road!

Taking over the spot where Rogers Curtain Makers used to be (77-79 Streatham High Rd), this will be their third London location alongside their popular branches in Wimbledon and Pimlico.

Third Coffee is all about slowing down and turning your daily brew into an experience. Here is a little taste of what they’re bringing to the neighborhood:

We’re kicking things off with our very first Cars & Matcha meet, and we couldn’t think of a better place to start than our Pimlico store.

These meets are all about bringing people together — good cars, good coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere to start your Sunday right. Whether you’re coming down with a build or just pulling up to enjoy it, expect a chilled morning and a solid mix of cars from across the community.

It’s our first one, so we’re keeping it simple — meet people, talk cars, and set the tone for what’s to come.

Parking is available along Lupus Street and St George’s Drive. It’s all public parking, so please be mindful and respectful of residents and other road users.
