Information Fasting: To maintain clarity, he suggests periods of total disconnection from the "digital grid" to reconnect with the "natural grid" (nature and silence).

3. The "Ethical Loop" Meditation

For those building AI, Nandy suggests a specific mental check before deploying any system:

The Ancestral Audit: Mentally asking, "Does this tool serve the freedom of the individual, or does it build a cage?"
