Hey there, it’s been a while…

Went to Tennessee last September to shoot a wedding for a couple of amazing people @ernestdoty @lysh_lucid
Was not able to go out much and adventure (take photos), due to a hurricane recently making landfall, in turn having the weather not be ideal. Though we did get some open windows. Some random shots spanned over 3 days from a roll of film I shot.
Using a Canon Elan7 that my brother let me use, I was able to shoot with my modern AF canon lenses on a 35mm film camera. It did kind of feel like cheating, using auto focus lenses on a film camera. Though it was a joy.

While driving around a small town looking for a tunnel that a local had told us about that had art in it, we stumbled upon a benched train. We parked and started walking the line. Ironically came across an @ernestdoty mural
On one of the cars that was done in California.

“only thing constant in this life is change”
But you can find me shooting with a camera from the 80’s. 😂😅

Shot about half a roll of film practicing double exposure shots. Using my friends doggs
( @when.life_gives_you.lemons ) and garden, these are some of the images I produced.
Feedback would be appreciated.
#doubleexposure

If you don’t know what a double exposure photo is, let me give you some insight, and hopefully have you appreciate this type of photography a little bit more.
Basically, it is exactly what it sounds like. When shooting on a film camera, you expose the same frame twice or more to get multiple exposures on a single image.
This can be a tricky process, not knowing what you get until the film is developed/processed.
Not being able to make corrections after the shot is taken, it’s kind of all trial and error.

First time taking the film camera out at night, w/ @film_in_the_soup
Idk if you would consider this cheating, but I brought my digital camera along, to test camera settings, and try to get an idea of what I should have my film camera settings at. 🤷🏻
