HELLO INTERNET

The time has finally come to *OFFICIALLY* announce the artist management arm of Third Lynk.

Mostly because these two actors absolutely REFUSED to let me give up on this dream. They've aggressively stuck with me through the insanity of 2025, because they believed in what I had to say, even in moments of doubt. And lifting each other up is what we're about at Third Lynk.

These two actors said - you got something we want. We believe in you. And I feel the same way about them. I'm SO excited to share what that something is. The rules have been thrown out in this industry (if they ever existed at all), and we're here to make it happen with artists that aren't afraid to embrace the chaos.

The sheer volume of posts I'm seeing about layoffs is really getting to me. It's rough out here and who knows when it's gonna turn around.

The recent Meta "performance" layoff is a perfect example of the kind of garbage that finally got me to pull the trigger on self-employment. And while I recognize this path might not be for everyone, taking back your life from the grip of a full-time corporate job might be in closer reach than you think.

➡️ So, in the spirit of helping the community - I'm offering a free hour of consulting time to anyone interested in exploring non-traditional employment options. Whether you have a business idea you've been sitting on, or have been thinking about getting a freelance side hustle going *just in case*, let's talk about it. Low stakes. No strings attached. Just my honest thoughts and advice on next steps for you! (And maybe we'll make some internet friends in the process) by @thirdlynk

Well, here I am celebrating 1 year of self-employment, and truly this has been the absolute BEST choice I have ever made.

I won't pretend like taking the leap was easy or without stress, but the positive impact on my physical and mental health has already WILDLY exceeded my expectations.

I always knew I didn't fit into the 9-5 mold. When I first transitioned into traditional office life more than 10 years ago, I really didn't have a choice. It was the fastest timeline to financial stability, which I desperately needed. But it took a toll - on my sleep, on my energy levels, on my focus and motivation, on being able to enjoy my life. And after 13 years...I was struggling, to say the least.

Sometimes life just forces you to make a choice, and that's exactly what happened. I knew continuing on the path I was on was toxic, and I absolutely HAD to make a change.

Money is scary. Surviving under capitalism is SCARY. But your mental health is worth something, and if you can prioritize that by changing your work situation, I promise it will be worth it in the end.

I finally feel like myself again, for the first time in a loooong time. So here's to another year of creating the life and career I deserve. 🎉
