POSTS STORIES REELS

Startups tend to have a pretty sucky team culture. Even in the thick of growth stages, we have been blessed with A-players who enthusiastically press in.

Here are some qualities in an A-player that helps us keep a healthy team culture:

- They are proactively communicating and bringing clarity rather than waiting for direction. They’re two steps ahead.

- They never vent about a client to the team, but brings a problem with a proposed solution.

- They lead the client with innovation, not just serving them.

- They’re curious and hungry to learn. They’re paying attention to what’s working for their clients and adjusting.

The success we see now is nothing short of an amazing team and God’s provision. Looking back, we wish we had way more documentation on the early days, but man are we rich with it now!🤍 by @thirdspace.company

For everyone who blanks the second the camera turns on...

The teleprompter tool in Edits is a literal game changer! Your script is right there on screen so you can stay locked in and deliver every time. We’ve been using it with our clients and the difference is instant. Less retakes, more confidence, better content.

If you’re not using it yet, this is your sign.📱✨ by @thirdspace.company

Great work starts long before the product!

For the past two years, we've been sharpening our minds, filling our creative wells, and challenging the way we think about people, story, and excellence. Doing book club together has been a highlight, not only because it has sharpened us for our clients, but also because it has brought us together as a team!

If you are looking to do the same, here are our book recomendations:

📘 Unreasonable Hospitality
📘 Know What You’re For
📘 Building a StoryBrand
📘 Atomic Habits
📘 Excellence Wins

Sydnie here! This summer, I wanted to host a fun Lunch & Learn series for our team, filled with rich wisdom from some of my friends and the people who have taught me so much along the way. While eating lunch, of course!

I am so thankful our special guests were willing to come and share their knowledge with us so we can grow together as a team! They poured into us and left everyone feeling seen, refreshed, and encouraged!

Definitely won’t be the last Lunch & Learn series we do! 📚🤓 by @thirdspace.company
