4LoDrilla is a storyteller whose music is built on truth, not fabrication. Inspired by Lil Boosie and driven by his city, his son, and the people who never stopped believing in him for a second, every verse reflects the highs, lows, and lessons of real life. For Drilla, rap isn’t just music, it’s testimony.

For @4lodrilla_ , music is about honesty. Every verse comes from something real; the hard times, the mistakes, the lessons, and the moments that shaped him into who he is today. His music is personal because he believes the best songs come from life itself.
4LoDrilla says he can only create when something is happening in his life, when there is something he needs to get off his chest. As Shiesty put it, “I rap when I have something to say.”

Rather than running from his past, 4LoDrilla uses it as the foundation of his music. His experiences are what allow him to connect with listeners who see parts of themselves in his story. One of his biggest inspirations is Lil Boosie, whose ability to speak openly about his own life showed 4LoDrilla that his own story was worth telling too.

But for 4LoDrilla, his story has never been only about himself. He credits his neighborhood and his city for supporting him throughout his journey. “I wouldn’t be known in music without the support of my neighborhood.” That support, along with his son, motivates him to keep pushing and become someone the people around him can be proud of.

After going to jail, 4LoDrilla struggled with feeling like he had let people down. Instead of allowing that feeling to hold him back, he uses it as motivation to keep moving forward.

For 4LoDrilla, music is bigger than making songs. It is about accountability, healing, and staying true to his story. “I hope I can become someone they can be proud of.”
