We really didn’t see that coming

Nominated in our final week of trading, voted for by you, the people who walked through our door, who got what we were doing, who never needed convincing that choosing second hand was a good idea.

When we first started in this game 15 years ago, this wasn’t a popular opinion. We were laughed at. Vintage and second hand clothing wasn’t something people took seriously. That changed slowly, through small decisions, through you lot finding us

Analog ran for 7 years in the grainger market. To close the doors on a note like this with our people backing us for fashion retailer of the year is something we’ll carry for a long time

Thanks to everyone that’s supported us throughout the years. This past months been crazy and it’s been so nice seeing you lot in the store, telling us about your favourite shop finds and stories. We couldn’t have done it without you. Eternally grateful to you all.

What a pleasure it was having @newcastleunitedwomen in our grainger market store last week! Was great to meet all the new and existing players and staff members of our great club. Massive good luck to you guys on the first game this Sunday and for the rest of the season!

Almost a decade ago Marc rocked up to one of our pop-ups and we talked vintage for hours. When we got the keys to the Grainger Market there was only ever one man for the job. Hired mid-paint job and started that weekend.

Lockdowns, trips abroad, endless finds, all of it. Marc’s enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made this place what it is.

Seven years is a long time, and as we close this chapter Marc moves on to the next one. Couldn’t be prouder of what we built together. by @this.is.analog
