We’re thrilled to welcome Rob Watt @wattnot - a critically acclaimed Director, Writer & Gameshow Architect - to the Powerhouse Talent Management roster!

For over 20 years, Rob has been creating story-led work where audiences don’t simply watch - they take part, make decisions and live with the consequences. His gameshows carry the stakes of theatre, while his theatre embraces the mechanics of games.

🎭 Rob’s impressive theatre career includes Artistic Director of Theatre Centre, where he championed new writing from Ryan Calais Cameron, Charlie Josephine, Mohamed-Zain Dada and Katie Redford. He previously led the young people’s team at the National Theatre and was Associate Director at Headlong, and currently teaches at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

💡 As a Gameshow Architect and story architect, Rob works across artists, producers, technologists and commercial clients to shape ideas from first spark through to opening night. His commercial clients include BBC Studios, TikTok, JP Morgan Chase, MSC Cruises, Explora Journeys and Celebrity Cruises.
He is also co-founder and Creative Director of Fault/Line Productions with Bethany Wells, creating participatory work where audiences can experience the same show, in the same room, at the same time - and leave believing completely different versions of what happened.

🌍 A 2026 Churchill Fellow with a plan to travel to Denmark, Portugal, Argentina and Chile to research how participatory art can rebuild belonging in rural communities.

A lifelong gamer and horror obsessive, Noomi’s work is inspired by everything from ARGs and YouTube rabbit holes to creepy internet mysteries, exploring surveillance, identity and the increasingly blurred line between our public and private selves. 👁️💻

We’re delighted to welcome Gerardo Pastor - Production Sound Mixer & Sound Recordist - to the roster.
Over 15 years ago, a tutor handed Gerardo a boom pole and introduced him to life on set. What began as a love of storytelling through various art forms soon became a passion for bringing stories to life through sound.
After moving to the UK, Gerardo spent years balancing a full-time office job with evenings and weekends making music videos and independent films. Then, in the middle of lockdown, he took a leap of faith - leaving the security of his job, investing his house deposit in sound equipment, and launching his freelance career full-time.#
The gamble paid off.
Since then, Gerardo has worked on nine feature films, the Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and hundreds of productions for clients including ITV, Sky, Dyson, Lloyds, and the Royal Horticultural Society.
Known for his calm presence, meticulous approach, and collaborative mindset, Gerardo is passionate about supporting stories from pre-production through to the final take. We’re incredibly excited to represent him and can’t wait to see (and hear!) what’s next. 🎙️🎬

Last week felt like stepping through time.

Through the vision of @garethpughstudio , @mccollywood, Danny Boyle and Paulette Randall, the Southbank Centre’s 75th anniversary became something truly immersive. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph a moment shaped by such legendary creative minds.

Proud to contribute, in my own way, to the richness of British culture, incredibly grateful to have worked with such legends.

Co-created, directed and designed by Gareth Pugh, Carson McColl, Danny Boyle and Paulette Randall, with Sabrina Mahfouz and Natasha Chivers. And powered by the hundreds of artists and companies who brought it all to life.

@angie_gourley is an award-winning producer and BAFTA member with a dynamic career spanning scripted drama, feature film and high-end factual. Her credits include Borat, projects with Bear Grylls and Gold Rush, showcasing a rare breadth of experience across both entertainment and large-scale international productions.

A highly skilled development producer and script editor, Angela has collaborated with emerging, BAFTA-winning and internationally established writers, building strong relationships with leading agencies including Independent Talent Group, WME and Curtis Brown. Angela is also the founder of Amber Eye Films, a company championing bold, character-driven storytelling with a commercial edge - with a focus on female-led, feel-good genre films that combine strong concepts with real audience connection.

We are very excited to welcome Jack Chapman to the roster! @montybaxter is an award-winning documentary director working internationally across film. Based in Bristol, his work is rooted in character-led storytelling, with experience spanning feature documentary, narrative projects, and commercial work.

Jack’s debut film was acquired by Sky Sport & Three (New Zealand). His ode to the pandemic ‘Lost Time’ won several awards, and his first feature film ‘Honest Without Fear’ was awarded six figures in funding from Hessen Film Commission (Germany) in what was the largest documentary award the fund had made to date.

Jack has been commissioned to develop and direct ‘Complacent’ (Canada), a character-driven limited documentary TV series, with shooting starting in 2026.

Alongside his long-form work, Jack brings a documentary approach into shorter form and commercial projects, creating films that are grounded, considered, and human. His work is collaborative in nature, balancing creative ambition with practical delivery across budgets, teams, and platforms.
