Blessed is an understatement when I try to describe how I feel about you.
You’ve put your best foot forward in everything you do not just for yourself, but for us. You show up with intention, with effort, with consistency... and somehow you make it look effortless.
They say when you want something, you go get it. You make the time. You apply pressure. And you did exactly that. From day one, you’ve shown me a level of care, patience, and love that I didn’t even know how to ask for.
You once told me you’d never dated a woman with a child but your instincts, your heart, your presence... none of that ever missed a beat. You stepped in with grace, with gentleness, with strength. And I’ll never forget that.
I love that we pray over our relationship and our children.
I love our road trips, our late night talks, our laughter, our quiet moments.
I love the memories we’ve made and the ones waiting for us.
Today, I share you with the world because you deserve to be acknowledged for the man you are. A man with a heart for his family, his community, and his purpose. A man who volunteers, who speaks to the youth, who pours positivity into every space he walks into. A man who teaches, who leads, who loves loudly without needing an audience.
I’ll never forget the day in church when the pastor said my child would never know what it feels like to not have a father and without hesitation, without being asked, without being pushed... you’ve been that. Fully. Naturally. Beautifully.
I look at you and I’m in awe that God really took His time with you. He told me, “Relax, Yvette... I got you.”

I take pictures and videos, but I never forget to live in the moment with you, to soak in the blessing that you are.
Yes, I was able to capture all these moments with my heart, my mind and through these lens
