Finally got to check out @tatianabychefkwame last night and to say I’m blown away would be an understatement. Friends have raved about this place to me since it opened but it’s so hard to get a res! Highly recommend going with a group - everything is shared so more people allows you to try as much as possible (or in our case, gives you an excuse to order two cosmic brownies).

Since we were celebrating a birthday last night, the restaurant started by pouring us a champagne toast before serving our perfectly crafted cocktails (I got the NSFW which was their take on the pornstar martini)

Many of the dishes left us asking “how did they even do this?!?” in wonder. Enter their cosmic brownie, accompanied by what looks like powdered donuts but is really powdered donut flavored ice cream. Honestly insane everyone needs to try this.

The rest of the dishes were also fabulous, I’ll detail them on each slide! The restaurant itself is beautiful, located in Lincoln center, and the playlist was a lot of 2000’s hip hop and RnB which created an excellent vibe

Short rib pastrami suya with caraway coco bread, melted red cabbage and mustard jus. STANDOUT DISH DO NOT MISS THIS

Mom Duke’s Shrimp with creole butter and brioche. This bread was sooo good dipped in this sauce but also in the sauce that came with the oxtail.

Shawarma roasted chicken with turmeric lamb rice, white sauce, and a kick ass hot sauce. Chicken was super flavorful and moist, highly recommend

Crispy eggplant with green curry, spiced chili sauce, Thai basil, and finger lime

Icebox cake with tamarind caramel and whipped cream

Braised oxtail with thumbelina carrot, chayote squash, rice and peas served on the side

Crispy okra with wildflower honey, mustard spice, and cucumber yogurt. Don’t let the bad pic fool you, these were perfect

We ordered both types of patties - curried goat with mango chutney and the crab and oxtail ones. Both came with different sauces, both should be ordered

A sneak peek of @sworlworld - a stunning new protein froyo spot that opens tomorrow, Saturday October 10th in Greenwich Village! 160 cals, 20g protein and 7g fiber? Sounds like I can eat ice cream for breakfast if I want to 😉🍦

Flavors include coconut ube, salted cacao, peanut butter miso, and whipped vanilla. Run, don’t walk, it’s genuinely soooo delicious and their toppings line up is 👌🏼 taken in Bleecker Street by @this_iswhyimfat

Fab dinner at @daddiesnyc! Went with a large group and no one left hungry - menu has so many great options so it was easy to order a bunch for the table. Lemon pasta is obviously a standout, burrata was huge, pizza was delicious, and you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t order the full eggplant (add the chili oil)!! taken in Daddies NYC by @this_iswhyimfat

We love a @noburestaurants night!! Spicy tuna, spicy cucumbers, miso cod, cut rolls, Wagyu dumplings, everything is always fantastic. Love the downtown location’s entire ambiance also. This is only half of our meal but trust that it was all fab 🍣 taken in Nobu Downtown by @this_iswhyimfat

Portugal food round up pt 2! This time we have a mix of Lisbon and Sao Miguel in the Azores. Narrowing this down to 20 photos was next to impossible. First up are these cockles from @bom_pesqueiro - easily one of my favorite meals of the trip! We also had fresh amberjack, fish and chips and fried zucchini

Queijadas da Vila - a pastry native to Sao Miguel in the Azores. We ate soooo many of these they were incredible. Made with milk, egg yolks and sugar so you know nothing about that combo will be bad. So excited to hav @leonettanyc just around the corner in Murray Hill - this restaurant is fantastic and I definitely plan on being a regular. Great menu, great drinks, delicious food - I’m sold
