Calin brought his A game to the finals in Las Vegas and helped his team bring home the championship! 🏆🏒

Watching him reach new levels this weekend—with so much heart and confidence—was something special. I love seeing his hard work show up in his game.

I’m so proud of you, son. Being your father is such a blessing, and watching you do what you love never gets old. You’ll always be my favorite hockey player. ❤️

Enjoy this one, Champ. You and your teammates earned it. Now on to the next! by @thisfitdad

When I turned 40, I hurt my shoulder badly. I couldn’t lift, and I had to sleep with a pillow propped under my arm just to get through the night.

Less than a year ago, I took the plunge. I started doing my own research into recovery peptide blends, rebuilt my training from the ground up, and put in the work every single day.

Proud to say I’m back. I’m loving what I’ve learned along the way, and I’ve since joined the team at Ignite Labs so I can share it. If you’re curious and want to do your own research, ask me anything. Or go straight to orderignite.com and use code BDVIP. 💪

To every dad training through the tired and the injuries: keep showing up.

🏒🔥 Come see Calin #20 in action! by @thisfitdad

Man, I’m proud of you kid! 💪❤️

Watching you absolutely kill it at the gym is something special. But what makes me even prouder isn’t how strong you’re getting, it’s your work ethic, your determination, and the young man you’re becoming.

Keep showing up, keep pushing yourself, and never lose that drive. The hard work you put in when nobody’s watching is what sets you apart.

And most importantly, stay humble, kid. It looks good on you. 👊

I hope you like the video, Calin! And HELL YEAH, I put lightning in it! ⚡😂🔥 Had to make it as epic as you are!

Proud of you every single day, buddy. Keep being YOU! #ProudDad #FatherSonBond #RaisingYoungMen #builtdifferent #StayHumble by @thisfitdad

Vegas championship weekend photo dump! 🏒🏆📸

What an amazing weekend with Calin. These pictures captured so much of what I love about watching him play the heart, the confidence, and those celebrations with his teammates.

Watching him grow and seeing his hard work come together is something I’ll never get tired of.

So proud of you, son, and this whole team for bringing home the championship. You’re my favorite hockey player, and I’m blessed to be your dad. Love you, Champ! 💙⚓️ #HockeyDad #ProudDad #HockeyFamily #hockeylife #HockeyLifeHockeyPhotography by @thisfitdad

BAR DOWN! 🚨 The give-and-go always comes in clutch! Calin with the well-deserved snipe—perfect timing and great chemistry with his teammate Leo! 🏒🔥 Video credit to Cal’s mom for the great footage, as always! 🎥 by @thisfitdad

Eight years ago today, on July 23, 2018, we lost my dad.

As I’ve gotten older, and especially now that I’m raising two young men, my son Calin and my bonus son Wyatt. I finally understand why he pushed me so hard.

One of the greatest lessons he gave me was that real strength starts from within. Build your inner strength, and the rest will follow.

When I was younger, I didn’t always understand his expectations. Today, I see them for what they were: love. Every parent wants their children to become better than they were.

Watching Calin and Wyatt together reminds me so much of my dad and his younger brother, my Uncle Mike. The bond, the teasing, the laughs… it’s honestly pretty entertaining to watch, and it brings back a lot of great memories.

Dad, your legacy continues to live through me and Cal. We miss you every day and know you’re watching over us and protecting us from up above.

Love you Pops. RIP 🙏 💪 🎶 by @thisfitdad

I’d blink if I wasn’t afraid I’d miss it. They really do grow up so fast.

Every early morning, every late-night practice, every bruise, every lesson, every shift—it all adds up. Watching your love for the game grow has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

I’m beyond excited for this season. Keep competing, keep being a great teammate, keep earning every inch of the ice, and never stop chasing your dreams.

The work has already started. Now it’s time to enjoy the journey.

So proud of you, buddy. Let’s go. 🏒❤️💪 by @thisfitdad

First GOAT. Well deserved. 🐐

Today was a special one.

Calin earned his first GOAT in the John Harrington scrimmage, and I couldn’t be more proud.

He’s becoming a true playmaker. He communicates, supports the breakout, creates opportunities, and is always moving to open ice. His edge work is becoming something special, and he makes his dekes look effortless. It’s so much fun watching his confidence grow every time he steps on the ice.

This award isn’t just about one game—it’s about all the hard work that’s gone into getting here. Every practice, every lesson, every challenge has helped shape the player you’re becoming.

I’d also like to give a huge thank you to Kai Tsoar for investing his time in Calin. Kai has shown incredible leadership and has given Calin a realistic look at what it takes to pursue his dream of playing collegiate hockey. Having a mentor who’s living that journey is invaluable, and I’m grateful for the example you’ve set both on and off the ice.

Buddy, I’m so excited to watch what this season has in store for you. I truly believe this is just the beginning.

Keep working. Stay humble. Trust your instincts, keep creating plays, and never lose your love for the game.

I’m incredibly proud of you, and I love watching you grow—not just as a hockey player, but as a young man.

Love you, buddy. ❤️🏒🐐 by @thisfitdad

Happy Mother’s Day @kirsten.dagostaro ❤️
You’re an amazing mom to Wyatt, as expected, but thank you for being such a great bonus mom to Cal too. The way you show up for both boys means a lot to me. We’re lucky to have you. by @thisfitdad

Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who taught me the meaning of love, strength, and family. ❤️

Today I got to surprise my mom with a trip to an amazing little Peruvian spot, full of culture, color, great food, and even a few llamas to make us smile. Seeing her happy and spending quality time together meant everything.

Thank you for always being there through every season of life. I’m grateful for every lesson, every sacrifice, and every memory. Love you Mom. by @thisfitdad
