10/3/26 was one for the books!
I didn’t see #obamapresidentialcenter in my future anytime soon. We have been trying to get tickets but it’s been sold out for a bit. How did yours truly get in….. not just get in but receive The Royal Treatment!!
@barbara_bates Chicago Icon celebrated her magnificent 40th Fashion Anniversary at the equally spectacular Obama Presidential Center. Two large rooms could not contain people from all over the world and Chicago who showed up to celebrate with her. Dr Ezike was the keynote speaker, and that’s exactly how little me made it in. The energy was incredible, it was packed with icons, who were human in all the beautiful ways! @cherylburtonabc7 it was lovely meeting you! Shout out to Robin Robinson who moderated the event!
