THESE ARE SOME SERIOUS ISSUES on the ballot that will change our rights through the Virginia Constitution

I’m talking about:
REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS
MARRIAGE RIGHTS
VOTING RIGHTS

Right in your face they are trying to take folks rights away smh…please understand what your ballot will look like and understand these amendments BEFORE you go.

There is election progaganda that tells you to vote “Yes” or “1” for all amendments or the opposite vote “No” or “2” without explaining what it means….

Wellllll you can ask chapGPT to give you a sample ballot based on your address and then you need to ask it to explain what each amendment means so you can make an informed decision for yourself.

This is serious yall and if we don’t want to revert back to when we did not have any rights…then you need to vote and plz vote correct! by @thisis_marquetta

A Living Legend…WOW

I’m honored to be awarded the “Living Legacy” award at my high school’s first ever BTW Homecoming Legacy Gala. I’m honored to continue my legacy of excellence…first starting off as the Valedictorian of my class of 2004…to now being an award winning successful business woman🥹

Hopefully I inspire others who also come from:
-teenage mothers
-absent fathers
-poverty
-generations of living in the projects
-homelessness
-losing a sibling to violence
-not having enough of anything

Welp..mortgage interest rates are officially above 7%…what does that mean?

It means your total monthly payment for a $350k purchase price would put you around $3200 in a mortgage payment.

The graphic also shows an estimated breakdown of what is included in your payment. That $3200 includes homeowner insurance, property taxes, and private mortgage insurance (PMI) and all three of these amounts will vary depending on the home.

The good news is that, this maybe affordable for some of you! I know it’s someone reading this right now paying $2800/month in rent 👀

#tbt back to 2023 when I introduced my Podcast…Behind The Sold Sign…where I interviewed my past clients on their homebuying journey☺️

I had no budget, no production team, and no set just me and my clients doing me a favor☺️

And that’s because this was a passion project for me. I saw so many people afraid of jumping into the homebuying process, that I thought that if they saw someone they could relate to get through the process, then it would encourage them to take that leap.

I pray I was able to accomplish that ❤️
