This workshop was sooooo challenging. I only touched the surface but I gave it my all. I had it in my mind but my body just couldn’t keep up😳I am getting more confident standing up front 😍 returning to dance after a major illness makes every moment a gift.🎁 I can’t recommend Gravity Studio enough for anyone who wants to dance when in Stockholm🌺 taken in Gravity Stockholm by @thisisanouschka

A month ago, I woke up and could not lift my arms. 😢I was diagnosed with a severe inflammation . Now I am on steriods which have bad side effects -but I can move painfree. 😍Look at me now! health is everything!💕 taken in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain by @thisisanouschka
