Anyone else feel like ADHD is just one big contradiction? 🤯

Some days I can juggle multiple businesses, create marketing strategies months in advance, and solve everyone else’s problems…

…but I still walk into a room and immediately forget why I’m there. 😂

Last Thursday was one of those days where it felt like my brain was just… scrambled.
I’m currently weaning off Wellbutrin and sharing more of my ADHD journey as I figure things out. Some days feel productive and clear, and some days are just one thing after another like this.

I’ve lived with anxiety for about 9 years.

So a lot of the things I struggled with I just assumed were part of that… the overwhelm, the racing thoughts, the constant feeling like my brain had 47 tabs open.

But recently I was diagnosed with ADHD at 33.

And suddenly so many things started to make sense.

Things I thought were just anxiety…
turns out a lot of it was ADHD too.

I’m still figuring it all out, but I wanted to share because I know so many women get diagnosed later in life and feel the same way.
