To our followers old and new, here’s a bit behind the curtain at Courtesy Of Creative. Most of you are investing in your family, managing your home and engaging in community, all *while* building a business that gives you the freedom to do all of the above. And I’m here to support that. Our manifesto statement doesn’t get shared enough so if you’re wondering what the heart of C/O is, here ya have it. And I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶🏼 We believe in creating community and experiences in the spirit of hospitality. And that life is forever in a state of design, from products to people, to how you spend your days. We believe in guiding those you serve to cultivate conversations worth having and forge lasting connections off the screen. We lead with good manners, attention to detail, and layered aesthetics that elevate the story you want to tell – and ultimately become known for. Consider it our house rules. Our door is always open for our clients, and the pleasure is always ours. #brandingagency #creativeagency #smallbusinessowner by @thisiscourtesyof
Brand implementation for @tapscollective on Poppy the Piaggio — a mobile bar experience. We love seeing how clients use their brand in the wild and are always pinching ourselves that we get to help other business owners chase their dreams. ✨ — #mobilebar #branding #logodesign #smallbusinessowner by @thisiscourtesyof
Reading these back always gets me 🥹. Running a small business means the wins aren’t always big, and most days the feedback is nonexistent. But when we receive a message from a client who felt seen, taken care of, and genuinely happy with the work…that’s the whole point. So here’s a little proof that the heart we pour into every project doesn’t go unnoticed. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you haven’t done it yet, here’s a reminder to ask clients or customers for feedback (Google Reviews!) They’ll remind you why you started. #smallbusinesssupport by @thisiscourtesyof
“Why do websites take so long to launch?!” - Every client everywhere Typically it’s because gathering *original* content like this is a heavy lift for a business owner wearing all the hats. While we can plan photoshoots, copy write unique content, and more…we know that some small business owners are looking to stay lean in the start up phase. If staying budget conscious is the goal, these are 3 big ticket items you can work on while you wait for a website partner. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 And if you’re looking to hand off everything to a team of experts, we know a team. ;) Now booking for November 2026 and beyond! #websitedesign #squarespacedesigner, website designer, small business websites by @thisiscourtesyof
Every brand we build starts long before we open a design file. We read every questionnaire answer twice. We sit with the inspiration a client sends us to understand what it’s telling us about how they want to feel. From there, we ask two questions. How should this brand feel to the people who experience it? And who is this brand being while it does that? One becomes the emotional core. The other becomes the personality behind every typeface, texture, and color choice. Nothing is pulled from a template. It gets pulled from what the client already told us, whether they realized it or not. That’s the part of this work we love most. Taking someone’s answers, their inspiration, their preferences, and turning it into something that feels unmistakably theirs. If this experience resonates, we’d love to help you take your jumbled thoughts and turn them into messaging that gives you a big exhale. #brandidentitydesign #branding #moodboard by @thisiscourtesyof
Your website shouldn’t be a maze. It should be a straight line to “yes, I want to work with THEM.” We design sites that strip away the noise. No clutter, no unnecessary bells and whistles, just your best work front and center. Clean layouts. Fast load times. A clear path from “who is this?” to “book now.” Because your clients shouldn’t have to dig to find a reason to hire you. Minimal design. Maximum results. ✨ #websitedesign #smallbusiness #interiordesignwebsite #interiordesign #squarespacewebsite by @thisiscourtesyof
She didn’t know what she wanted. She just knew what she loved. That’s usually where the best brandmarks start. This client came to us with a small mood board but no real direction, just a life full of small clues. So we went looking for them. Her name means strawberry. Every morning she runs the same route, past the same birds, listening to the trees. Those mornings shape the way she sees color and space, the same instinct that runs through her interior design work. We didn’t invent her brandmark. We paid attention. A strawberry leaf, woven into the silhouette of her favorite bird. A collective mark suite, her whole story. Every second you hesitate on your brand or website, you’re losing a potential client. Stop letting fear hold back your potential. We’re booking winter 2026 projects now — the guide and runway you need to launch strong in 2027. Let’s chat. by @thisiscourtesyof
All in the (brand) family. Logo marks for one client, two lanes of work — interior design and luxury building. We love it when a business comes to us wearing more than one hat. The challenge (and the fun) is designing marks that feel like siblings, not strangers — distinct enough to stand on their own, but clearly cut from the same cloth. Swipe through. → by @thisiscourtesyof
The best brand marks look like they were always meant to exist. That’s the illusion. Behind every brand design is research into natural forms, hours spent balancing symmetry and asymmetry, and constant checks against what’s already out there — so it reads as fresh, not familiar. Minimal design isn’t the absence of decisions. It’s hundreds of them, distilled into one. — Ready to invest in a brand as unique as your original story? We’re the team for you. brand designer, branding for small businesses, timeless logos, natural branding, wellness branding by @thisiscourtesyof
