Celebrating 3 months being a #yoga Tecaher!🧘🏽‍♀️..🌬Im not kinding when I say yoga and becoming a yoga teacher has heald my heart!!! Its helped me connect to my soul, my spirit my real self, you know the one we forget about unlike ever before. Feels like im reinventing myself!! All ive done lately is walk myself home these days and as corny as it sounds I cant express it enough when I say " IM LIVING MY BEST LIFE" never ever have I felt so aligned so free, so me!! Yoga was something I resisted for so many years because I had a limiting belief about it thought cuz I was a ballet dancer for all my life that what could yoga teach me- but the level of transformation from practing bakti yoga cant even be put into words its that profound!! This and learning how to shuffle(coming back to my dancing roots) has awaken me to the most deepest parts of BEING. They are both my medicine, my remedy, my therapy, my home. I cant express it enough how much I recommend inviting both yoga and dance into your life, and so i will continue to inspire you all by sharing my story, my growth, my evolution of these two highly recommend practices and documenting my journey along the way!! @vedayoga is such an incredible studio and commUNITY its outstanding the authenticity, the vibrations and beauty this beautiful studio can pour into your soul. #westcoast or #eastcoast 😋..🌬Well being born and raised in the westcost "Cali" obvi im choosing west lol its definitely where my heart is and probably will always be my choice "because im a sun lady". ..but then again its all I know and I never been to the east coast so you could say hard to say. ... I do plan to go one day soon, who knows maybe ill change my mind but for now westcoast baby!!Side note: I was a ballet dancer from age 3 till 16 and at age 13 I was pretty advanced, dancing with a company and totally thought I was going to be a professional ballerina, had plans to go to the American ballet academy in new York and everything, like it wasnt a joke until it was. Then my mom said we're moving and that changed everything- but cool thing that move did was introduced me to hip hop and felll in love!!💚🙌🏾#dance #shuffle #millennialwomenNamaste,Divine Dancing D😘 by @thisisdivined

#cypresshill #millennial #dancer 😎..🌬This is my new creative project that im having so much fun with is taking my freestyle dance films and then chopping cutting, moving the needle on yhe record eith my dance moves as if i was the DJ as well!🤭This was drawn from a couple hours of dancing in the parking lot at the century city mall in LA I filmed. You might be asking why the parking structure at a mall but honestly it was awesome!! so much space to move, not a lot of action(cuz late at night) so can bump the music, and I was clearly letting some jams bump like good ol Cypree Hill!! It was on shuffle so I never new what was next so when this song came on I was like wahhh forgot all-out it, let me see if we can dance to this one and did that- so tada!!🤗🙌🏾Ps this is also me documenting my dancing as it evolves along with my shuffling classes ive been taking and what ive been learning!#cypresshill #fridayNamastdizzle,Divine D by @thisisdivined

The Latest #tea 🍵 💦..🌬I dont know about yall but ive always known you have to boil water to make tea but with this water you can actually brew a cup with room temp water- wow! There will be a reel later to follow this one showing you exsactly how that works, but for now lets talk about supplements, hydration and how it works!Intro course Water 101✨️-How your body absorbs water is through your CELLS! We wont go to deep hear but we all know what a human cell looks like from scinece classes well where the power happens is in the "powerhouse" part of the cell the MITOCHONDRIA. This is where all the magic happens where nutrients are converted into energy(so basically keeping the body alive and functioning) its required for cellular survival littlerly!How water enters the cell is through AQUAPOURINS these are channels that allow water to move freely in and out the cell (blocking out ions that would disrupt cell) well thats the thing this water is filled with **negative charged ions (which are what charge the cell like a battery) and so thats one of the reason we call this water Living Water and why you heard the term Dead Water(charged vrs uncharged) also why this water has a similar ability to penitrate these Green Tea leaves and draw out the nutrients not dilute and water down.Now this can get heavy there so much I could share but ill end with this not all water is equal especially in this day and age with over 40% of global fresh water bodies serverly polluted and we all know its not to practical to go climbing the mountains for that fresh living water kik, so thats why this water I found is so life changing because the Japanese for over (45 years now) have patented a technology, a device that can bring that fresh river mountain water right into the comfort of one's home and you can travel with it too!and its all medically certified!!💦🔥DM water to learn more!Namaste,Divine D💚#water #hydration #supplements #health by @thisisdivined
