Something so freeing about this island 🏝️ 🌞 🐎

inner child fully unlocked, chasing sunsets, salty air & galloping down the beach in flip flops.

10/10 would recommend YEEHAW 🤠 🩴

30 trips around the sun 🌞 🌴

Feeling extra grateful today. Grateful for myself, for making it here and for every version of me that’s had to grow through things I never thought I would.

Younger me would be stunned at the woman I’ve become. Not just because of what I’ve overcome, but because I’ve somehow managed to live out some of her wildest dreams… and then some.

Grateful for every high, every low, every person, every goodbye, every wrong turn and every lesson along the way. I genuinely believe it all happens for a reason, even when you can’t see it at the time.

Couldn’t think of a better place to turn 30 than somewhere as spiritual as Bali, slowing down for once and taking in just how far I’ve actually come.

The good, the bad and everything in between I wouldn’t change a thing. It all got me here.

Chapter 30 🤍🌞

What is your definition of happiness?

Alfred Hitchcock described happiness as having a clear horizon, free from worries, where you can focus on creative rather than destructive endeavours.

For me, Bali brought me closer to that feeling. Finding myself again, feeling happy within myself and realising how much lighter life can feel. I can’t quite describe how freeing this island is, or how it helped me let go of things I didn’t realise I was carrying.

I came here to celebrate turning 30 and left feeling more like myself. 🤍
