To the woman who calls me EVERYDAY about 3 to 4x, who still tells me and all my kids what to do. To the woman who will check to see did each of her children wish each other a happy birthday. To the first person that will help me with whatever even when I don’t ask. To the person that makes sure my kids visit at least one or all the California theme parks each year. 1. I would pick 1 protective styles that I could see myself wearing for 1 to 2 weeks

2. Make a hair regimen, wash my scalp once a week followed with deep conditioning, style then 3 days later co wash and style. (repeat)

3. I would do a LOC ( LUQUID OIL CONDITIONER) method on the ends of my hair every other day.

4. Nutrition is key, eat healthier, drink more water. Take a hair vitamin or whole body supplements

*Take before and after pictures every 3 months

I know this window hates to see me coming lol.
This is the window I get the best lighting from the sun ☀️.

I admire it because the sun has so many internal benefits that are good for the body. Vitamin D provides mood enhancement & helps regulate sleep patterns,
It improves symptoms of depression, cognitive functions etc.
I find it no coincidence that sun that gives the body so much reminds, it me of how the
SON OF GOD gives that to our whole being. He gives us enteral life, peace and joy, forgiveness, freedom, unconditional love,, guidance provision, and so much more. I can’t get enough of Son ( sun). by @thisisglory

We had the pure pleasure of celebrating my grandma’s 90th birthday. Thank you to all the family and friends that came out to take part.
I kept jokingly telling my grandma I was going to write a book about her. If you met my grandma even just once you know how quick her mouth is. In my family we call that “ sassy “. So I created a book called
“Miss Sassy Is So Classy”. Thank you @wordsbyezekiel for making sure it came out perfectly 💗.
